Avoid it like the Plague I was filthy The shower consisted of a hose hanging on the floor Everything in the kitchen was broken No telly no Wi-Fi For 2 days there was no water in the entire hotel Absolutely horrendous The photos I took were. Too disgusting to show

Worst holiday ever

Original room no more than a cell, you wouldn't put a dog in it. Moved twice the second move was a lot better but it took a while to get there. The Agnes pool bar and the barman made the holiday, he's a laugh a minute [sheep shaggers] apart from the dodgy TV. LOL. I would only ever go back to this place to see the said barman.
Thanks Spiro for giving us a laugh each and every day.
A special mention to the reception lady who was superb.

When I read some of the reviews I was apprehensive about the apartments but I have loved my stay here very clean Room cleaned daily great pool atmosphere two ladies at reception very friendly recommend Olympia restaurant great food and very cheap 

Brilliant

Stayed in the odysseus for a week from the 11th of September, and after reading some of the reviews on here, I wasn't expecting too much . I was very impressed. We had a 3 bedroom apartment for 4 of us, and all 3 bedrooms were spacious with twin beds, wardrobe, dressing table, side table, and a balcony each. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't use it except for brews. There was no front room, which didn't matter as we just sat on one of the balconies, and there was a toilet, shower, and sink in both, continuous hot water more than enough for all 4 of us to shower twice a day! Our room wasn't far from the pool, and the entrance. The pool was lovely and clean, and the 24-hour bar was well stocked . Spirus was the day barman and Nicos the night barman, both lovely guys that look after you. We had breakfast included, which was available 9am until 12pm and was toast, 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, mushrooms, and a hash brown 😋. We had a fabulous stay at the odysseus and would highly recommend this hotel. Yes, you pay overnight tax, aircon, and security boxes as you do in all the hotels. It's convenient situated at the bottom of the strip close to everything. Heard people complaining about the Agnes part of the hotel, but our side was beyond perfect and worth much more than the 1 star it has. It was 💯 better than the 3 star all-inclusive hotel I stayed in zante earlier in the year !

This hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in. I would definitely recommend this fabulous hotel 🏨 

The room was very oldscool, very pour. I ordered 1 pint of aperol spritz. The Agnes "bar man" gave me 0,3 liter aperol spritz coctail (it was not reali aperol spritz, this guy was a bar man only in his dream ) instead of 0.568 liter.
Top of this shidy service they charged me 0,5cent extra because I payed by card. Nowhere charced me extra fee for card payment in Corfu only this place. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!

Choose another place, don't waste your money here

We had read previous reviews about this hotel and decided that we would judge it for ourselves with an open mind and I'm glad that we did. We stayed there for week from 28th Aug until 4th Sept 2023 and we were received a lovely welcome from the 2 ladies on reception who were very friendly. The room itself was basic but was swept and cleaned everyday. The bar staff were very friendly and kept the pool area very clean. We would have liked the cooking facilities to be more modern and more cooking utensils but other than that it was a lovely cheap breakaway.

Lovely Cheap Breakaway

I stayed at Agnes Beach with 3 girl friends. Realistically the price should be lower for many a reason I will go through. Though compared to other holidays it is extremely cheap, so I can’t really complain. We stayed for 10 nights peak season in kavos. For any couples/families/elderly people this is a PARTY HOLIDAY HOTEL. Everyone in the hotel was under 25 and up all hours (what me and my friends wanted so no complaints!) 

Positives 
- decent, cheap food at pool bar with cheap drinks and polite staff 
- alternate day room cleaning- towels and sheets refreshed, bins emptied beds made etc
- pool parties and lively atmosphere again maybe 3/7 days of the week 
- you could nearly jump into the sea from the pool, gorgeous view and clear sea water when you swim out a little 
- shower head was detachable, always had hot water 
- balconies/ terraces were lovely, plastic chairs on the terraces and nicer metal chairs on balconies (to avoid damage!) 
- TUI SCENE HOLIDAY BOOKINGS ONLY- reps warned about air conditioning and ‘kavos cough’ - to not going cooler than 24 degrees to avoid this, as well as avoiding certain drugs, scams, types of people etc which was helpful as we went in blind

Negatives 
- cleanliness was overall okay. I am a part time cleaner and it’s not how I would leave a room but there wasn’t too much visible dirt 
- pay for A/C on arrival. I believe we paid €80 ish for 10 days per room, adding this onto the room cost made this place far too expensive for the quality 
-A/C can’t be left on when you’re not in the room as the key to the A/C is attached to the room key which has to be taken with you as the doors lock behind you themselves (hope that makes sense!) given that you pay for A/C separately you’d think you would be able to use it as much as you like 
- the reception is over the road from the hotel and the women that ran it were English which was nice but were very to the point and frankly unfriendly
- I asked at reception for an extra towel and was basically interrogated on why I needed it when I already had one, I said it was for my hair. (I did get an extra, smaller towel which was refreshed on alternate days but i shouldn’t have to be quizzed on why I wanted it!)
- no safe in the room, another extra charge at reception
- pool was opaque the majority of our holiday because it was so dirty. Drinks and god knows what else often got spilled into it during party events so if you were in the pool apart from when it got cleaned at end of our stay, you wouldn’t be able to see your belly button 
- bar man/ owner very intimidating/scary- given his clientele I can understand this man’s attitude but it was rather unnerving seeing him around the pool and bar all day watching us youths enjoying ourselves 
- LIMITED/NO COOKING FACILITIES- I have added pictures of the ‘kitchen area’ I managed to cook plain pasta and I was scared for my life with the awful smelling electric stove that looked like it should be in a museum. We had about 2 dirty forks 1 cup and 1 plate per room. Safe to say we ate out every night 
- neighbours were charged €20 for broken plastic chair that can’t have cost more than €5 
- IF YOU BOOK WITH TUI SCENE HOLIDAYS- we arrived after a near 24 hour journey and were instantly sat down by young reps trying to sell us event tickets, we did purchase a couple but they were extremely expensive €50 average I would say per event. The reps were lovely but at the end of the day were there to take our money. They acted like our friends and our ‘kavos survival guides’ but they would happily sell us tickets to a €65 event that would have 7 people in it because tui scene was not the main party provider in kavos

Not awful for a party holiday

Where to start....
Red flag was when we're charged 50€ for air-conditioner. Rep didn't even show to our room- I know why now. Opened the door  and went into total shock. Prison cells are better conditions and they call this place a hotel where people come for holiday. 

Had to spend a night in there as the other hotel that we had to book was only available next morning. 
 Accidentally left a bag with jewellery and sun glasses in the drawer.  Came back next day and drawer was empty, surprised?- not , even though it hasn't been cleaned or tidied. Receptionists are individuals with no feelings/emotion, do not care about any of guests. 
There is no option to give no stars. 

This place needs to be shut down.

Avoid!!!!!!!!!

I came to stay at Odysseus with a trip through TUI. I was very excited for my stay and the pictres looked exquisite, however upon arrival the room was not what was promised (which was a top floor with a view) and instead we were to stay in a 1st floor room with no view, right next to the entrance and was therefore loud at all hours of the day. That was okay, and we thought it wasn't the biggest bother, however our TUI holiday also stated we'd receive free Breakfast Buffets included with our trip which we  would soon learn was not the case either & the hotel stated this was not included with our trip. Another inconvenience we looked past. The final nail in the coffin for us is that what cleaners came to tidy the room, they left the doors unlocked and accessible to the public! We were extremely disappointed about this and brought all three issues up as a result only to be offered complimentary toilet paper as an apology (which shouuuld be provided anyway lets be honest). The service has not been great, and the stay was generally okay, but TUI & the hotel destination really need to work on their coordination & service skills because it was quite disappointing as a whole. Wouldn't recommend it to friends or family.

Not what was expected.

Very basic apartment ,outdated ,beds like doors,kettle don't swith off ,no cooker,just a microwave,yet your given pots n pans .no toasters ,not suitable for those with disabilities  rusty taps that wobble ,tui rates 3 star most definitely not just about a 1 . Staff are polite n friendly on the resort .don't waste your money
