I spent 3 nights in July 2020, i want to advice this hotel, in Calypso Hotel you can have good time and relax!  I booked direct via mail and they made me a good price and as i arrived late night they organised a taxi pick up service from Thessaloniki airport!

Rooms are clean and spacious, with a nice balcony!
Swimming pool and relax areas.
Location is direct in the centre and few minuts walking to the beach! Restaurants around the property!
Last but not least everybody working here are very friendly and helpfull!
I will come back to beautiful Hanioti and i will stay here!

Perfect location! Good Price-quality

The hotel is simple, but everything is in place and on time. The proximity to the sea and almost in the center of the village corresponds to the description, but there is no noise. The shower with the curtain, but not a problem. The air conditioning is working. The television is only Greek (take notes with you, the room is unstable). The staff does not know Russian, but always wants to understand the guests and help. The language is not very strained, the English is quite good. The hotel is clean, the bed, the towels are constantly changing. The floor in the room is not enough carpeting and this brings discomfort, the tile floor is washed every day.

Hotel at the level of declared stars

Stay away! A wifi router worth 20$ on every corner cannot be the limiting reason for a good connection in 21st century. A simple issue as that cannot be neglected for any building/company calling itself a hotel!

We had a shower with a curtain that was so close to the body that it was uncomfortable to stick to. Cleaning was mediocre. It consisted of rubbing the floor and taking out the garbage. And then we had to go to the reception so that after three days we would finally get everything cleaned up and toilet paper brought to us. Giving it up, everything was done quickly.

The hotel is located close to the sea, almost on the central shopping street of this small village. No one speaks Russian in recepshens. So it was explained at least in Anglo-Russian, but there were no special topics for conversation. The open terraces, allow you to admire the interior of the hotel, the pool. Everything is very decent for such a price for living. A large balcony, daily cleaning. Breakfast is usual - olives, baking, salads, sausage and cheese. Excursions are recommended to buy not from a tour guide, because it is much more expensive, but in the local agency (street - second turn to the left). In this tour I recommend!

I liked the hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located - you have come down straight 400-500 meters and you are on the beach! and you go through the center of the village - go through cafes and taverns, you can eat lunch along the way)) The staff is friendly! If you go up to the road - there is a supermarket AB, on the way there is a family tavern on the right side, there are not only large but also delicious portions, you can take with you - it will be cheaper... there are local people eating, so we have set up there too))

Nice quiet hotel.

On the first day breakfast is not provided, but you can pay 5 euros and eat it. Breakfast is varied and quite tasty. The board - a bartender brews excellent coffee - the best in the village. Unlike the rest of the places serves coffee along with cold water with ice. The staff is very attentive, the rooms are cleaned and the bed and the towel are changed regularly.

This is a great city hotel.

It was a wedding present, and since Hanioti seems to be a little slice of paradise, I'm going to try to save the place! Compared to the pros, the location is fantastic, not too central so it avoids chaos and the residence is really nice, balconies and an excellent view. The air conditioner in the room is a surprise, fantastic after a day at sea! Unfortunately breakfast is tremendous, fried bread instead of a jug of yogurt, würstel instead of a jug of chocolate, a juice of fruit juice soaked in orange and another I didn't understand what it was.

To be entirely honest the hotel room may have been clean but it was very old. tv is ancient and beds are extremely small. I think they should invest some money into upgrading some aspects of it so it can be abit more enjoyable. There is also no lift if you stay on top level.
