I can't praise this hotel and its staff enough, absolutely spotlessly clean, the whitest/crispy sheets I've ever seen! rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly with towel changes daily, I love the small personal touches like the coffee making facilities (so many hotels abroad don't provide this) the grounds are breathtakingly beautiful and extremely well managed, choice of 5 different pools with a separate adult pool which has a swim up bar, tons for little ones to do, tons of sunbeds, not a towel on a sunbed in the morning in sight!there is a well equipped and well maintained gym, the food is fresh, hot, varied and plentiful and the hotel provides a good variety of traditional and non-traditional food, from the cleaners to the bar staff and reception staff, everyone is really friendly, helpful and are genuinely lovely people, we came out of season so lots of places were closed, thankfully having such a lovely hotel made up for it, I've stayed at 4* hotels that come nowhere near this one x
