Frond in the sea, Excellent location, everything was more than wonderfull. Swimming pool, sunbeds and omprelas. Perfect coffe and food in the restaurant. Very closed to the center. I recommend  to everyone who wants feel at home.

Excellent hotel clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Overall experience was awesome. I recommend this hotel to everyone.  If we visit Thassos again, we will definitely stay in the same hotel.

PLUSES: From the very beginning we were greeted  warmly, we were shown around and the owner made it clear that we could ask him for anything that we might have required. The studio, composed of two bedrooms and one bathroom, with open kitchenette, was very nice, looking almost like home, with mostly hand made furniture (a very nice touch, in my opinion!) impeccably clean (and kept so throughout our stay), the kitchenette is well equipped for 4 persons, and the small terrace outside made it really nice to have breakfast and coffee outside. If you want to serve your coffee on the beach, you just have to take a few steps outside to get there - this was the most appreciated aspect! The parking lot is big, don't worry about finding a parking place, and it's just outside the building itself, you won't have to carry your luggage for a very long distance. The studio is very well located near a supermarket, and just at the beginning of the seafront, which makes it a perfect exploration point. Everything in the studio worked perfectly (electronics, furniture and other amenities, Wi-Fi, plumbing), there's sufficient space for luggage and honestly we didn't feel we were missing anything. 
MINUSES: The following aren't actually minuses, just things that could be improved:
1. the shower - because of the very low tub there was water all over the floor, especially after 4 of us showering in a row; 
2. the ventilator in the bathroom is a bit noisy, it probably just needs a little oiling, surely it will be fixed for the next guests;
3. the air conditioning is a bit tricky to use because of the economy system used - it only starts when all the doors and windows are closed, and if the circuit is not closed, it turns off automatically, which it sometimes did without us opening any window or door. It was quite strange, but we must admit thought that we didn't quite feel the need to use A/C, the room was on the back side and it has a pleasant temperature even without it.
Again, these are just some points that could be improved, and we didn't mention any of this to the owner during our stay, since none of them really bothered us. Overall we are extremely pleased with our choice, we feel like we couldn't have chosen a better accommodation within the budget and we can only recommend it warmly to others!
BONUS: The owner also sells high quality extra virgin olive oil, locally produced and packed. What better souvenir to remind you of the authentic taste of Thassos? The price is fair and the flavour is great!

Beautiful place. The beach is very near to the property. It is very clean. The parking place is near the property.
Wi fi is not perfect but it's working. The owner is helpfull and open to find solutions.
Recomend this place.

Nice place

Konstantinos Beach 1 is a quite cheap hotel and that's why it doesn't have many amenities. Our room was kinda dirty (the first night i saw some ants throwing a party in the corners :/ ) a bit disgusting.there's also a tv and a pretty clean bathroom.the kitchen was quite old but still usable. next to this hotel,there's another one with a pool.you can use this pool by buying just a drink (the owner of this hotel has some kind of family relation with the owner of the hotel next door).The pool is amazing,very clean and not too cold but not too hot either.the owner was very helpful too but his english were not the best.

You Get What You Pay For

Very small rooms. We were lucky that some of our friends cancelled their trip, so we could change our room with theirs (in the building from the left). In ours we didn't had space for the baby crib.
Then you will find attached some photos from the room we have stayed. Everything was giving us the feeling of old :( 
I do not recommend!

Bad experience

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. The pictures and descriptions do not match reality. Upon arrival, we were informed that we would be staying in a room (not a studio) on the 3rd floor with no direct access to the pool, which does not belong to this place. Despite booking for a family, our 5- and 7-year-old children were considered adults, which was not disclosed beforehand. Additionally, we chose this place because it advertised breakfast included, but we did not receive any breakfast since our room apparently did not qualify.

Be cautious and thoroughly read all information and scrutinize the pictures. This place feels like a scam. To make matters worse, we ordered various items from the property throughout our stay, yet on the last day, the owner publicly berated us for not ordering more, embarrassing us in front of other guests.

The room itself was on the top floor of a noisy building and did not have the promised sea view. Instead, it had a partial side view. The stairs were dangerous, not only for kids but for adults as well, leading to our children getting injured. Despite this, we chose to move on and try to enjoy our vacation.

We paid around €110 per night for a room with ripped and stained sheets, pillows that felt like rocks, and beds so hard it was better to sleep on the floor. The smell of the beds was horrendous, the sanitary fixtures were rusty, and the air conditioning hadn't been cleaned in years, raising concerns about potential illness.

We accepted this room out of sheer exhaustion and with two young children in tow, but these conditions should be reported to the Greek Ministry of Tourism for inspection. The owner took advantage of our situation. Please, stay away from this place.
