Nice location. Close to town (about 3 Km) without being in the crowded capital. 3-4 independent two floor buildings with 6 apartments each. 2nd floor apartments have an attic where one bedroom is located. A/C provided only for the attic. Nevertheless no problem with heat due to very good climate of Skopelos. Front Balcony is nice, sun appears only during sunset. There is a small kithen just to prepare a small meal. The bathroom is too tiny and is a drawback. There are also some technical deficiencies (Cold tap is hot, cooker hood blows back inside, A/C is driping above front door) which could easily be rectified by a basic skill technician. Wifi was OK for regular use. There are parking positions at the end of the site and in the front but you have to be cautious to drive via the street to the back side because it is narrow. There is a pool but never use it because I prefer sea swimming.
