Iliada is off the beaten track and for me, it was tough to find, but it was 11pm after a LOOOONG day's travel and I was tired and frustrated by the driver who dropped me at the end of a cross street and said it's over there...somewhere.  I texted Ioanna and she came out to find me, bless her and showed me the loveliest hospitality.  In the AM, Ioanna and her mother Katerina treated me to coffee and conversation and it was the loveliest introduction to Greece.  The room was excellent, the accommodations simple but perfect.  The location, in the end, was perfect for touristing.  If I ever come back this way, this is where I will stay!

Quiet tranquil accomodation spotlessly clean located near to Papadiamantis Street. Rooms are cleaned everyday and are comfortable and air conditioned.
A lovely seating terrace in the garden was the scene of many enjoyable discussions with Ioanna and  her mother Katerina, two of the most friendly kind people I have ever met. A magical week in Skiathos. I was sad to leave. Wonderful. 

i arrived late due to a flight delay which was not a problem, i  found the studio very easy from the main bus station to town ,literally 15 minutes enjoyable walk to the accommodation(i had a small suitcase) i received a warm welcome from the hosts  Ioanna and mrs katerina , a complimentary bottle water and a refreshing coffee , they showed me my room (double although travelled solo)clean , exactly as advertised ,  there were clean towels ,hot water, a comfortable bed which is great after a long day , a fridge and a kitchenette  .there's a  communal area , its a courtyard  including a lovely shade with different types of plants trees and flowers also the communal area is decorated with taste ,there's also a large hanging line for clothes discreetly visible ,and sitting areas for each unit facing the stunning courtyard !!there's a nother bus stop 10 ten minutes from the studios near a supermarket sklavenitis that takes you to the beaches around the island. 
the studio although in Town is very quiet and peaceful, which makes this accommodation perfect for a vacation  to really enjoy!
i have to say the hosts are absolutely  lovely, had recommendations and   made me feel like a friend more than just another tourist guest , hands down a  top rated accomodation to stay when visiting skiathos is Iliada Studios

The location is very near the city and the port which can easily be reached by walk. It is also well connected to the bus stops. The family that runs Iliada rooms is very welcoming and polite. 
Would definitely recommend  it! We had a great time there.

Iliada is positioned in the center, so it makes it easy for you to go anywhere really. Rooms are always clean (they get cleaned every day) and the owners are just perfect. I've been around and you just won't get any better. If/when I visit Skiathos again, I'll know exactly what acomodation to choose <3

the room is very nice, it has everything you need for a peaceful stay. the girl is very sweet, polite and always available! it was truly a wonderful discovery. plus, the studios are very close to the center, 5 minutes on foot. congratulations to Ioanna, everything was perfect!!

Stayed for 9 nights at this lovely place in a central but quiet location of Skiathos. The mattress was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The owner is absolutely lovely. Will definitely return next year.

I went to Skiathos with my boyfriend and we stayed at Iliadas for a week. I loved this place so much! We were both very surprised about the perfect location and the beautiful garden. The rooms were nice and clean and we had a great AC, a tv and a small refrigerator which was very appreciated. Nothing to put a finger on. Besides that the best thing about this place is simply the owners. The family is so sweet and helpful. They will give you a very useful map and tell you about all the places that you need to visit at Skiathos. We spent several evenings in the garden and had a very good time together. I really recommend this place and would love to go there again! You won't be disappointed.

The Iliada was the perfect place for us to stay when we went to Skiathos. I had never been to Skiathos before and the loving family running Iliada were so inviting, and very quickly told us about some of the best places to go visit :). The Iliada, is a short walk from the harbour, and has the most beautiful courtyard where you can't stop yourself from sitting down, and enjoying the view. The rooms themselves are also really nice with a TV, nice bathroom, fridge, and most importantly a functioning AC :D. It was an amazing trip and the Iliada was the perfect place to relax when visiting.

Romantic getaway in the perfect location

ILIADA is the perfect place to stay! They cleaned my room and they gave me clean towels every day. The matress was new and very comfortable and my bathroom was brand new and very spacious! The garden is beautiful. I used to enjoy my coffee in the garden every morning when I was there with my friends. The owners Ioanna and Katerina are always there to inform you about the best places in the island and to make a cup of the best greek coffee! I will definitely come back and I am planning to go there with my friends on summer 2021. See you next summer Ioanna and Katerina!!!! From Italy with love!!!

Perfect hotel ILIADA!!!

The Iliad is located in a very good position, very close to the famous Papadiamanti street, from the accommodation you quickly reach Megali Amos beach, the port, the taverns, the bus station, the church of St. Nicholas.  The Iliad is a very clean guesthouse, located in a quiet area to have a dream vacation.  The hosts are absolutely wonderful, friendly, kind and welcome you.  I recommend the Iliad to all those who want to have a dream vacation on the beautiful island of Skiathos !!!

Dream location!!!

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks in June. We chose Iliada because of the location plus we always eat out in Skiathos so had no need for self catering facilities.
Everything is just a short walk from Iliada rooms, bus stop 3 and supermarket just 5 minutes walk away and the top of Papadiamantis St just a minute or so.
Accommodation was spotlessly clean attended to by the lovely owner Katerina and daughter Ioanna . Highly recommended.
We hope to return soon.
