Ikos Olivia

This was our second visit to Ikos Olivia, and once again, it did not disappoint. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite and upgraded to the Deluxe drinks menu. Lucy took great care of us, ensuring a wonderful stay, so huge thanks to her and the team for their attention and care. We enjoyed spa treatments, including massages and a facial from Dorothy and Maria. The staff are welcoming, and the treatments use lovely products. Highly recommend booking early, especially on poor weather days. We booked swim lessons with Wonderfin, but due to the weather, we couldn’t go ahead. However, Maria was helpful and efficient in communications. Our son loved the Ariel and Moana theatre show, especially joining the stage at the end for a photo with Ariel. The kids' club team was fantastic. Our son eagerly looked forward to each morning’s session, enjoying activities like MasterChef, bug hunting, and learning about Greek heroes. He came out daily with artwork and smiles, excited for each day at the club. Children’s facilities are great, including an outdoor playground (though the water feature wasn’t functioning this year). Our son, age 3, particularly enjoyed the warm splash pool with various water jets. There’s also a giant chess set which was fun. Special thanks to Dafni and her colleague for the creative towel animals they made for Oscar, which he loved—Dafni did the same during our first stay last year, so it was lovely to see her again. The on-site gelato parlour is exquisite and as irresistible for the “big kids” as for the little ones! It would be great to have more indoor family activities for poor weather days at season’s end—maybe an indoor cinema with popcorn or using the theatre for movies/ping pong tables. The whole team was fantastic, but special thanks to Miriela, Maria, Nickolas, Sofia, Ivelina, Ellio, and Fotini.
