Casa Smaragdi Villas

We stayed in this place iin Auguste 2013. The location is near Aghios Ioannis, a very famous beach for kite surfing, but it is also a very close to town and to Aghios Nikitas and the famous beach Kathisma. The location is very quiet and the place makes really relax and not want to leave. The house is new, the facilities are great, there are all the little things that a person will need in a house and the owner has thought everything about it. The private pool is also great, I believe in the perferct size for this kind of place. I loved the balcony on the first floor drinking my coffee in the morning and relaxing. There are three tvs,air conditioning in all rooms, 2 bathrooms - one for each bedroom and one toilet downstairs - very good and quick wifi, big kitchen and living room and the surroundings in the garden is great. Generally one of the best experiences staying in a rent house for my summer vacation. Definitely i would suggest it to a friend of mine and soor sure I would easily come again. The service is also excellent and the owner is very friendly and polite and will always help you in anything. I think that the house says much more in reality than in the picture here. Thank you!
