Folegandros

We loved our stay at Pegados Villas. The location is excellent, a few steps from the Chora and a short bus ride - 10 minutes - to Agali beach. The breakfast was excellent and the staff extremely kind. The owner was very welcoming and we got picked up from and dropped off at the port. The villa was very nice, on two floors, and very spacious, with a small pool for a dip between trips to the beach. We will be back!

Fantastic place in a wonderful location

One years ago, me and my wife decide to organize our wedding in Folegandros, all our family was guest of Pegados Hotel, all the staff pay a lot of attention to satisfy all our request, for us Pegados is a new family!
We are very grateful to Mrs. Christina (Pegados Manager), she is the best, she can help us in any time!
We stay in the Villa, and we confirm is amazing, the room is very comfortable and the sea view from the pool is a dream!

Stayed here for 4 nights
We arrived by ferry on a Sunday afternoon, we were picked up and taken to the hotel, on arrival at the hotel Christina met us and introduced us to the staff and give us some info on the local area.
Rooms are large, ours was on 2 tiers our patio area was amazing large with fantastic views to enjoy a relaxing drink
Bus stop the the beach stops outside the hotel
Rooms are clean and spacious
Breakfast is fresh and sufficient
Morning coffee made to your liking
Christina gives you all the local info, the centre is a short walk away
I would definitely recommend this place
The staff are friendly and work very hard day in day out to look after you 

Beautiful hotel near to everything 

We arrived around 10pm and had requested a pickup. On our arrival at the port there was no one to pick us up. I called the hotel but there was no response. So, we ended up taking the bus and walked with our heavy bags to the hotel only to find that there was no one at the reception. Luckily I found the mobile number of the manager on the calling card and we were checked in but they didn't even apologies. It kind of put a damper on our stay. 

That experience aside the apartments are a budget option with breakfast, but if we visit Folegandros again we will probably look for other options

Budget option

Don't stay here...... sewerage smell when u enter the room. Wasps and bees nest close so they come and eat bfast with u if u stay outside.....U can't have a shower unless u heat the water up.  The shower downstairs leaks and if ur not careful with inside stairs that slice your toe open which I did on the first nite..... the donkey close by wakes u at 4 am however is cute and if u feed it peaches it stays silent till 6 am...... the woman running the place is a domineering hostess that tells u what to do and how she wants it done.  She treats her staff as slaves. One Star for the spectacular view ...... the Aegean saves this place !!!! 🐼🐎

Fawlty Towers 

We stayed at an apartment for two nights, overall it was ok. The staff was very friendly. The bus stop is right outside the hotel and Chora is very close by (1'walk). The room was clean but the bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Someone had forgotten a loofah and it was not removed before we got into the room. Breakfast was decent and the view amazing! The worst for me was that there was no wifi in the room but only on the balcony! I have never had that before 

Good location, no wifi service in the room!

We stayed for 3 nights at the Pegados Villas. Very nice accommodation with good facilities and furniture. Lovely pool, and the views are spectacular. The staff were very polite and helpful and breakfast, which was excellent, is delivered to your villa so you can eat it enjoying the view. The villas are a short walk to the Chora and there is a bus stop directly outside. We would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation and hope to return in the future

Great location, lovely views

We stayed at Pegado Villas for 3 nights on a recent trip around the islands. The 3 small villas are part of the Pegado Hotel and are across the road from the main hotel. They share a small infinity pool which has a lovely sea view. 

Cristina and her husband, the owners, are very helpful. They will collect you from the port on arrival and drop you back when necessary. 

They staff are also lovely and they will bring your breakfast to your villa every morning when you call them.

The villas themselves would benefit from some modernization of the furniture and the bathroom. Also, the wifi is very weak. 

Location is perfect as you can stroll into the beautiful chora in a matter of minutes. The squares are full of restaurants and bars. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel if you wish to go further afield. 

Be sure to climb up to the church at the top of the hill. The sunset views are fabulous.
