The staff went out of their way to ensure i had the drink that I wanted at breakfast. They were welcoming from the moment i arrived to when I left.

The Hotel sat high on a  hill so we had a good view. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful and everywhere. Breakfasts were enormous, And delicious.Common areas of the lobby and the eating area were all outfitted with antique furniture and items. Which were all maintained in excellent condition

Far beyond our expectations, hotel filippeion offered us a dreamlike 3 days. Ideal to rest, very romantic as a scenery, right next to the mountain which in November is dressed up in all colours of the Autumn. 
But the most important was the personnel's kindness. At a really good price we were able to enjoy what felt like a luxurious hotel.
Also: perfectly clean, enjoyable breakfast, right next to the mountain yet only 10' from the centre.
Thank you for everything, we hope to be back next year.

We stayed 1 night at this family run hotel. The minute we walked in we went ‘WOW’ ... so much effort has gone into the decor of this place and it is really interesting to notice different things you missed the first time round. I felt like royalty .. the way we were treated right from the time we entered the door. Rooms were very comfortable and breakfast!!! We are vegetarians and for the first time felt that we had as much choice of items as the non vegetarians.. the breakfast spread food was huge and extreme delicious and am still dreaming of the cheese pies I had there. 
As we were going to Lake Ohrid and couldn’t take our rental car the owners readily agreed to keep an eye on our car that was parked closer to the hotel instead of the parking lot. Simple things like this are really appreciated.  
The main square is just a 10 minute walk and many bars and eateries available for dinner. Frankly nothing much to do in Florina but on our way to Agios Germanos saw the ski slopes which had a lot of snow even in late March. 

What a find! This hotel in Florina has it all. Easy to park the rental car when you arrive- it is large and in front of the hotel. Then you enter the fabulous reception area with a warm greeting, large fireplace, and cosy rooms decorated with vintage furniture. I cannot fault our stay. We were given two adjoining rooms with balcony. Heating worked perfectly and could be self controlled. Wifi was strong and worked well. Breakfast was a great selection of greek treats. Whilst sitting In front of the fireplace, we were brought complimentary cakes, and water. Kourabies and other treats were complimentary in an adjacent table. We did not expect this! As it was New years eve, we were so touched by the gracious kindness of the staff, many best wishes and blessings for the new year and complimentary vasilikopita cake with 2019 on it. I cannot thank the staff enough for a truly memorable stay. From this hotel, we visited our family villages, easy drive and easy parking. The cost of our stay was extremely affordable. In all, I cannot imagine a better, more authentic, high quality, comfortable place to stay in Florina. I am glad I sought out this hotel as it was booked out on other websites. Best hotel in Florina - stay here and vist ancestral villages

Filippion hotel is a surprise in Florina. Very kind personnel (apparently the owners) offered coffee upon our arrival, tried to offer the best possible room and to make our stay pleasant. The rooms and the decoration reminds old times. The room very spacious, very clean, with  all needed amenities. Very quite with free available parking space. Highly recommended.

AN EXCELLENT BOUTIQUE HOTEL IN FLORINA

The property was clean (except we did have Ants in the room).  Also, the shower was extremely small and caused watwr to go all over the bathroom.
