I've been staying in this mini apartment with my boyfriend for five days and I have nothing to say, great cleanliness, good location, but you have to go by car.

Good experience

Excellent quality price ratio. Strategic position for the centre of Faliraki. Manager available, also organising taxi service to the airport at any time. The only two negative notes were the shortage of shower products which, except after our request, were not supplied daily and the air conditioning which did not work without the electronic key, plus the fact that without a minimum circulation of the room in our absence, a real sauna was created.

Great support to visit all Rhodes

The apartment was very close to everything. ( walk distance: supermarket 2 minutes, beach, city centre 10 minutes,  great breakfast bakery 5 minutes) 
It was close to the city centre, but far enough from to the loud night music. 
Tha room was very clean and modern design. Everyday cleaned the room and bring fresh towels.  The recepcionist lady was very, very kind, and helpfully.     
Our plane start at evening 22o' clock, but we dont need leave the room morning, we could stay until evening.  
They have private parking, and climate in the rooms and wifi of course.
If you no rent car, they have transfer to the airport.

One of the best apartment is Faliraki.

The room has a kitchen and a very nice terrace where you can have breakfast. Crossing the street, you arrive on the main street of Faliraki, where there are restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

That's very nice.

Patricia Studios is located on one of the main arteries connecting Faliraki with the other major cities of the island, two steps from a supermarket and a 5-minute walk from the lively center of Faliraki. The room is of discrete size, very bright and with a large balcony.

Good location

We were used to the Greek courtesy after many vacations around the islands. We were surprised to see the owner only 3 minutes on arrival, he gave us the essential information about the room and disappeared for all 10 days of the NS stay, he didn't even ask us for documents. He left us a number to call if necessary. For the checkout we left the keys in the room as from the instructions received from the owner via email. For us it was not a problem because we already knew the island very well but whoever thinks they need support on site x have directions on the streets, beaches, restaurants, tips...you should keep in mind that you won't find them. You won't find a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival.

Well, not very well.

I stayed here for a week and it was a pleasure! Comfortable position x visiting the island, very clean room every day, air conditioning in the room, kitchen with everything necessary to have breakfast in the room. My only advice is to use cushions a little harder, but nothing out of the ordinary!! Great stay, I recommend to anyone who wants to rent a car and visit the most beautiful beaches of Rhodes and in the evening, however, wants to be close to restaurants, nightlife.

spent 3 days here during our holiday and what a brilliant place we got  WiFi, air condition and safe all in the price its such a little diamond of a place not far from the hustle and bustle of faliraki the owners and very polite and are on hand to sort anything out very polite and friendly

You're on the highway, there's noise if you leave the windows open, but you're close to everything and between kalithea and tsampika.

I change my bathroom clothes every day, I refrigerate in the room and ice drinks (they stay cool all day) and air conditioning are the things that we really appreciate...cleaning okay...the bathroom could be improved but the essential thing is...even though I would go back there..in the end Rodi deserves to go to the sea and the places to see..here we just have to sleep!very nice lady who greeted us on departure and the possibility of taking a shower in another room before going to the airport so that we can take advantage of the last day too!
