We had two nights wonderful stay , very convenient, beach and loungers across the road , very friendly staff, lovely breakfast with coffee machine, rooms very comfortable.
To top our stay we left some cloths behind, and the staff rang us and forwarded them to our next hotel free of charge and wouldn’t take a reward.
We hope to return in 2025.

As we started to find a cheap room for 2 nights even at the RBNB!!! to Elafonisos or Neapolis, we were very dissapointed that we couldn't find a cheap room. Everything was from 90€+ ...so surprisingly we found from a site this group of rooms at 55 double room with breakfast in buffet!!!! It has all the facilitties kitchen, air contioning, fridge, clean & very nice breakfast included!! The most of all is that it is very near from the ferry 400m.!! comparing to Neapolis wich is 15 min driving & you can go there at night.

This was a big surprise for us. We wanted a family vacation close to the beach and other surrounding areas. Well...the room was just 300 meters from the beaches of Pounta and Pavlopetri, which were outstanding. It is also the same distance from the tiny port of Pounta that takes you across to the island of Elfaonissos. This was perfect for our daily visits both on foot and with the car. It was also only a minute drive from Neapolis.
The room was clean, spacious and had two doors (the front door with a sea view and the back with a view of the mountain). There is also a kitchenette with a stove, plates, cutlery, cups and a casserole and small fridge, which all came in handy. The room also had AC. The beds were comfortable and even had lavender sachets of aromatherapy under them.
The garden is small, but well maintained and pleasant.
The owner also operates a tavern downstairs and the food is exquisite. We enjoyed the grilled chicken (which the owner rears and butchers himself) and his wife's gemista and moussaka will also be remembered. 
This place is ideal for families, couples and people that want relaxing surroundings, or people that need to get away from everything and just rest, with a great beach close by and unforgettable Greek hospitality. We will definitely come back again.
