Salakos Villas

I have been to Stefanos villas from the 29th till the 1st of July. I'm working in tourism in Rhodes island. I needed a break for my birthday and with my husband that arrived the 27th of june in Rhodes, after 3 months appart. I tell you all that to explain that when you are tired by the work in tourism you need a quiet and wonderfull place to disconnect. I found it...all perfect. We arrived late Stefanos (the owner) put the key over the door to let us arrive without stress. People of Salakos (small small village) served us at 11.30 pm in the night, they open their Kitchen for us. When we arrived in the night the light of the pool was just perfect surrounded by the villas....georgeous. When we woke up in the morning, we saw mountains surrounding us it was the even on earth. We could take wonderful pictures. Their is: a garden really beautiful and clean. a barbecue. table outside in the garden behing the house another table + sofa + sunbeds. The villas is in rocks and so beautiful. Romantic bedroom A cheminey. The bathroom clean and well decorated as all the villa. Washing machine. TV (but we don't care about that) Candles that can help you to put a wonderful atmosphere in the house. the matresses really confortable. Of course you must have a car to go arround to the restaurant Dyonisos between Kalavarda and Kamiros (15 min max.) Or go to the butterfly valley (night butterfly they don't fly but it is really beautiful) - 45min I live here since 4 months and I prefer the west part maybe because it's more wild and authentic. Thanks Stefanos we will come back before the end of my season for sure.
