Reservation Terms & ConditionsApplies to bookings via our website, app, phone, email, live chat, or at the hotel.INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE By making a direct reservation, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms together with any rate-specific rules displayed at the time of booking and on your confirmation. AGE AND IDENTIFICATION Reservations must be made by guests 21 years or older with capacity to contract. A government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name is required at check-in. RATES, TAXES AND EXCLUSIONS Rates include all local taxes (including VAT and the Climate Resilience Tax), unless otherwise stated. The price shown does not include any property service fees, optional incidentals (e.g., minibar, telephone), or regulatory surcharges. AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS AND EARLY DEPARTURES No cancellations are permitted. Date changes may be requested and are subject to hotel availability and approval. If the new dates carry a higher rate, the rate differential shall be due and payable upon confirmation of the amendment. All amendments are at the hotel’s sole discretion. No-Shows: Failure to arrive on the scheduled date may result in release of the reservation; all amounts paid/guaranteed are non-refundable. Early Departures: Shortening your stay after check-in renders unused nights non-refundable; any goodwill adjustments remain at the hotel’s sole discretion. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT, OCCUPANCY AND REQUESTS Check-in from 15:00; check-out by 11:00. Maximum room-occupancy limits apply; extra-guest charges may apply. Special requests (e.g., bed type, floor, connecting rooms) are not guaranteed. INCIDENTALS, DAMAGE AND POLICIES An incidental hold may be taken at check-in. You are responsible for all room charges and for any damage or excess cleaning. Smoking/vaping and pets are not allowed; violations may incur fees. REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT A €250 refundable damage deposit is required upon arrival and will be collected by credit card. It will be reimbursed at check-out. The deposit will be refunded in full to the same card, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the accommodation and settlement of any outstanding charges. The hotel may apply all or part of the deposit to cover damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, breaches of hotel policies (including no smoking/vaping and no pets), and costs or losses arising from disruptive or inappropriate behavior (including disturbance to other guests), as determined at the hotel’s sole discretion. If charges exceed the deposit, the balance remains payable by the guest. COMPLAINTS Guests must notify the Front Desk or Manager on Duty immediately during the stay to allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy any issue; failure to give timely notice may limit or exclude remedies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, post-stay complaints will not be actioned unless the matter was reported and recorded by the hotel during the stay. Where a complaint is upheld, remedies are at the hotel’s sole discretion and proportionate to impact, which may include service recovery, goodwill gestures, or a refund/adjustment limited to the affected night(s) only; in all cases, the hotel’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected stay. Claims are not accepted for matters outside the hotel’s reasonable control (including weather, utility outages, public works), personal preferences not expressly guaranteed in the reservation, or third-party services arranged independently. GUEST CONDUCT, RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE AND EVICTION The hotel operates a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive, abusive, unsafe, illegal, discriminatory or violent behavior, wilful damage, excessive noise, nuisance, being disruptive to other guests, or breaches of hotel policies (including the no smoking/vaping and no pets rules). The hotel may, at its sole discretion and with immediate effect, refuse service and require the guest to leave the property (including accompanying parties). In such cases, there is no entitlement to any refund for unused nights or services, and the guest remains liable for all charges and for any damage or loss. The hotel may involve law enforcement and/or decline future reservations, as appropriate and permitted by law. LIMITATIONS Neither the hotel nor any providers supporting our reservation channels (website, app, phone, email, live chat or on-property systems) are responsible for communication malfunctions, failures, difficulties, or lost, stolen or misdirected transmissions, messages or entries, or for the security of such communications, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, neither the hotel nor such providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by user(s), by equipment or programming associated with the reservation channels, or by any technical or human error that may occur in processing information related to reservations, and shall not be liable for damages resulting from any of the foregoing, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The hotel may cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a user has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or where reservations contain or result from a mistake or error (including but not limited to pricing or availability errors). FORCE MAJEURE Neither the hotel nor its operators shall be liable for any delay, change or cancellation of any reservation, or for any failure or delay in performance, caused in whole or in part by events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure”). Such events include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, adverse weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquakes, volcanic activity (including ash clouds), tsunamis, fire or explosions, as well as public health events, governmental actions or restrictions, utility outages, and national or local emergencies. Where Force Majeure applies, obligations are suspended for the duration of the event and the hotel may cancel or amend reservations as necessary. LIABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the affected stay and excludes indirect or consequential losses. These Terms are governed by Greek law with venue in Rhodes, subject to non-waivable consumer rights. |
