Camari Garden

This was our first time at Camari gardens me, my husband two children and my mother/father in law. When we arrived it was passed midnight and I was on the verge of tears I was exhausted and our flight had been delayed we were greeted with a big hug which I really needed and shown to our room which was perfect for our weeks stay we as it was spacious and right next to the pool. Camari gardens is family run and you can tell the staff work hard to make everyone feel welcome they even put our tables together at lunch to ensure we could all sit together, Everyone makes an effort to speak to you and it has a great atmosphere which is why people return every year, Food is stunning and had great options, Hands downs Camari does the best Mojito’s ever!! Also the view from Camari gardens is beautiful as it overlooks the sea. There is a shop next door which is really useful. we had great days at episkopi beach views are stunning surrounded by mountains and there are some restaurants there where you can get food you can also get drinks ordered to your sun longer! I think it was €12 to get a taxi from Camari gardens but we didn’t mind paying as we didn’t go everyday we usually spend days around the pool with the kids eating lunch at the bar, We also visited Rethimno on a night which has lots or bars, restaurants & shops also has a large beach that’s around €13 worth a visit, we ate at staras comfort food which is around a 5-10 minute uphill walk it’s behind Camari gardens I would rate this 10/10 if you fancy a change the food is outstanding and there is a bar/outdoor theatre there aswell plus a pharmacy. We are hoping to return to Camari next year (june 2025) 😊 -The Avison’s
