Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Chania for the first time on vacation. The view from our port-side window was actually picture perfect. The room was modern and spotlessly clean. The whole atmosphere from the lobby to the hallways was quiet, calm and relaxing. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the selection of foods, extensive. The daily complimentary bottles of water  and fresh fruit brought to our room were an added bonus. The staff were always friendly and helpful especially when asked to share helpful local tips for eating establishments and sightseeing experiences. Their suggestions helped make our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

Beautiful and clean hotel in a fantastic location with wonderfully accomodating employees

Though we only spent one night in this hotel, it is still the best hotel in our whole trip of Greece. The location is great and everything you need is walk distance. The breakfast is so Yummy and we just could not stop taking and eating. Though the car park is small and your car might be stunned by other drivers, the hotel people could help you on this issue. The room is big enough for a couple and you could see the lighthouse just on the balcony.

Great location, fantastic food and charming smile

the hotel is located in the best part of the harbor right overlooking the sea. we just walked in, had a warm welcome, and even a free upgrade! The junior suite had two balconies, a sitting area, quite spacious bathroom, very clean, well maintained and veeeery comfortable beds. Minibar was well stacked. Breakfast had everything we expected and served in a saloon with sea view.

Superb location, facility and attitude

Stayed here for a business trip and could not have had a better experience. The location and view from the room was very nice. The breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff could not be more helpful, i highly recommend this place!

Fantastic hotel in a great location

Extra ordinary!!  staff, place, facilities !!! At the old port of beautiful chania! Quite and clean. Perfect greek breakfast with alot of choices! Friendly staff, showing eagerness to give any advice... hardly recommend!!!

Value for money

Lovely hotel and really friendly staff especially the bar staff.
Last visited 16 years ago and not disappointed rooms lovely and breakfast very good.
Location is amazing surrounded by old China and some really good restaurants.

Birthday treat

a very welcoming hotel, with warm colors in the rooms, at a wonderful location. Quality of beds is excellent, personnel is very friendly and courteous, breakfast is of superior quality. A definite "stay" and great value for money, Will go again on first opportunity.

I had the privilege to stay at the hotel during a business trip. The staff was very friendly, the hotel super clean and the breakfast had so much variety that it was hard to choose what to eat. I did not get a room with a view but those who do, they have the best view in town, overlooking the harbor. Quiet yet very close to the city life of Chania. Walking distance from most places. I highly recommend it.
The only negative part for those of us who are sensitive to sunlight is that it doesnt have black out curtains. The sun in Greece is very bright so I woke up much earlier than I intented. NEvertheless it gave me the opportunity to go for a run, have a looooong breakfast, go for a coffee in nearby cafes before catching my flight back home.

A great hotel for holidays and business

An excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoy a vast choice of hot, cold savoury and sweet dishes. Rooms constantly cleaned with twice daily change of towels. Location is on the harbour at the quiet end so perfect to chill out, yet a short walk to the city centre and cafe/restaurants. This year we also enjoyed a relaxing evening in the hotel piano bar..Excellent choice. Personally this year was our 5th time back and we are already planning the next trip to Chania and Porto Veneziano.

Excellent hotel

A most enjoyable stay, couldn't beat the location. Long way down to the ground floor bathroom from the bedroom but made up for with the quiet location. Rooftop patio is bonus though a little effort to open access door. Lovely welcome bottle of wine and prompt access even in late evening. Would definitely recommend it for couple, maybe a little awkward for more than two if any longer than a few days.
