We stayed for almost one month and our stay was excellent.  Amazing staff, very helpful, very clean hotel with excellent service every day.  Great breakfast every morning.  The staff was very helpful and super friendly, I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Centrally located modern and clean hotel with friendly staff and nice amenities, breakfast was very nice, the hot tub on the roof gave nice view of the city, very conveniently closer to bus station

The staff was fabulous and the breakfast excellent and varied. Although it's a 15-20 minute walk to the old harbor, the area itself is a real neighborhood with regular shops and restaurants. This came in very handy when we neededa hardware store.  The room was spotless and large { junior suite } and cleaned daily.  Improvements should include little things that are often standard. Do not disturb signs, boxes of tissues, and door sweepers on the shower which would prevent flooding. All in all an excellent choice.

The hotel is centrally located and convenient to everything. The room was spacious and beautiful. Special mention to Galina who did everything to make this stay memorable. Also thanks to George and Johanna who also added joy to the experience.

Perfect stay , close to waterfront, attractions and restaurants. Staffs were amazing. Breakfast had many options. Hot tub was great tooHighly recommended hotel

Nice Hotel with very friendly staff in a good location near to the old Town. In a short walk you are in the old Town and at the beach.The Room was very clean.

Delightful Spot. Clean and exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Room was very comfortable. Could do with some more storage for unpacked clothes

The hotel has everything you need and the staff was exceptional! They were very helpful and professional. The hotel was clean and provided toiletries and water bottles everyday. It was a 10 minute walk to the Old Port which is filled with excellent restaurants and shops! We cannot wait to go back to beautiful Crete and stay with Epavli Grace again!

My stay at Epavli Grace was a dream! The hotel is centrally located, on a quieter street, and easily accessible to the more touristy areas (market, port, etc.) without being right in the thick of it. The rooms are ample, clean, and tastefully decorated to evoke a serene vibe. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with loads of options, fresh juice, and local pastries. The staff were attentive and kind and always quick to help (i.e., taxis). I would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend Epavli Hotel! The staff are the friendliest people we’ve encountered on this trip, especially George! We love him! The way he makes coffee is top notch. They also recommended restaurants and places to go. Also, the breakfast included is delicious, It was convenient for us as we had our days planned out. The rooms are super modern and clean, There was 3 of us in a room so it was perfect. The hotel is 10 min walking from old town and many shops/restaurants on the way to check out too! If I come back to Crete, I would definitely come back here! Love everything about it.

We have just enjoyed two nights in Chania at this hotel as a family of 4. The hotel was incredible and we would stay again without hesitation. It was contemporary, spacious and most important immaculately clean. Beds were comfortable.The little luxury toiletries, robes, slippers, water and coffee were lovely. Breakfast was great! Lots of choice for everyone. My kids loved the pancakes.The location was great for sightseeing in the old town which was spectacular. I think my new favourite place. Quaint Greek tavernas, lots of history, beautiful architecture and so many picturesque streets. Also good for a little shopping. Then to the staff at the hotel. They were warm, friendly and so very helpful, helping direct us and sort onward transfers. The rooftop jacuzzi wasn’t working on our visit which was a shame but we had plenty to do in the few days we were there so didn’t really miss it. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you for hosting us ☺️

Hotels.com says the hotel has a pool, it does not.  It’s a jacuzzi at the top of the roof with 4 loungers.  Important to highlight this in case like us you’re coming to laze by the pool like we did.The hotel itself is wonderful hence my 5/5 score.  Rooms comfortable.  Great service.  Great friendly team.  5mins walk from the old town.  Great place to stay to explore Chania Old Town.

Epavli Grace made our stay in Chania incredibly enjoyable. They are a 5-10 minute walk from all of the old town shops and restaurants. The rooms are big and clean - everything brand new. They had a big balcony with a drying rack which was very convenient. They were very accommodating (delivered an iron to the room on request, helped book a taxi to the airport the morning of our flight out). The breakfast was excellent and they had many options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
