86 reviewsOur family had a lovely and relaxing vacation - thanks to the prime location and AMAZING staff of the Argo Spa Hotel. We felt very comfortable in this hotel and town with regards to Covid awareness and safety. There was a fantastic swimming area with sun beds steps from the front door. There are steps/ladders to get in and out of the sea, the sea bed has soft, clean sand, and the crystal clear water comes comfortably to shoulder level. There was complimentary use of sea kayaks as well. (Also a fresh/sweet water pool, but we never used it) Our family had two rooms - they are simple, but were very clean and with air conditioning and balconies to enjoy the sea air and views. Breakfast was a good variety of warm and cold choices Including fruit, cereals, breads, meats, cheeses, and Greek yogurt presented with a smile by Joda. The hotel is a short walk via pedestrian, coastal path into town where there are plenty of nice tavernas and little shops. It is also easy to walk or take a bus to the Temple of Aphea - the gem of the area. The absolute best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and provided top service including great information about the surrounding area. The staff’s kind and devoted service had us plotting our next visit to the Argo Spa Hotel before we had even left.
