The Property has the best Location, spacious Rooms and Balcony, and the big Garden and free Space outside the Rooms make a quiet and good Ipression, no matter of a partially unrenovated Bathrooms. New, Quality Matraces, Towels and  Bed Sheets. Good Service. Really good one for the Price.

The hotel is having almost a perfect location, close to the town center and next to the beach. The room is clean, and also the restaurant. We have breakfast and dinner included. There is a buffet. For breakfast there are some choices, but for the dinner their offer is various.

Spacy, quiet and clean

Good hotel

It definitely needs improvement in furniture and bathrooms. Both look a little bit old. Also with restaurant they can do better. It has a view to the sea but, they glass doors are closed so you can't enjoy the view as you should.

Food is OK. At least dinner was tasty even though it looks boring. Dishes makes you feel home from the taste. You have to pay 2 euros to get a bottle of water of 1.5 l. 
There is no option for breakfast to drink beside coffe which was not really tasty.

But if you are an easy going person who tend to focus on what's good there's a lot of good points.

Location couldn't be better. Near of the city and near the beach. No noises in the hotel from the city.
There's a beautiful garden in the middle of the resort and between bungalows. There are also olives. Makes you feel you're far away from the noise of the city even though you couldn't be any nearer then that.
The beach is nice. Clear water. Really suitable even for those who can't swimm.
Staff is polite. The sir at the reception really helpful and nice with clients. Also the other part of the staff was nice and helpful.
Bars, coctail bars, restaurants, gyros, shops everything really close.
I think is very suitable place for families with children.
It is the best located hotel, so they can definitely try to invest a little bit more in the above topics since it will be totally worth it.

Definitely needs improvement, but there are a lot of strong points

We have booked the cheapest available room option and it wasn't much in the peak season so we expected what we expirienced.
The room was spacy and comfortable for 3 of us but bathroom very small and shover space very small, renovated so  no complaints, air conditioning 6euro per day extra , unfortunately it didn't work as it should so we ended with sleeping with open balcony door.
Tv for free with a few channels.
Little fridge in the room, very helpfull.
First need to say the location is perfect, I mean the swearing pool is just ten meters from the beach, and from other side you are practically in the centre of the all night live and restaurants with good prices for food and drinks.
There is small sweaming pool for children and the adult one quite big but 4feet deep max.
Behind the sweaming pool fence you have lots of sunneds on the beach ( 6euro for two for whole day)the sunbeds at the pool area are free but sometimes not enough of them for everyone.
There is absolutely zero enterntainment in the hotel so you have to go somewhere else.
Restaurant food is tasty but not too much choice.
There is also hotel beach bar but only beer from alcoholic drinks, but there is some food and ice creams not  expensive. 
Main bar in the restaurant and drinks not very helpful, it looks like is closed and no one there , the door are always closed so I didn't use it.
Serbian, Romanian and Bulgarian people in this hotel, we were th only English speaking tourists the whole week.
The receptionist very polite guy , speaking English so we could solve any problems we had .
Very good maintained gardens so nice surrounding, the sweaming pool area also  clean and looks nice.


Fantastic location, but you get what you pay for!

The hotel has wonderful geo location, next to beach. Very clean, with wide rooms. Food was good, but breakfast is almost the same every day. Very funny receptionist. There is free parking for guest, but not enough places when the hotel is full. WiFi is VERY BAD! TV set is too small for room, the signal has bad quality.

Vacation

The hotel is having almost a perfect location, close to the town center but on the beach. However, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel! 
 - it has access to the beach, BUT you need to pay for umbrella and 
 - it offers half board, BUT they always serve the same food, 
 - It offers food, BUT the buffet runs out of food and is not topped up! (One day my kid didn’t have what to eat, and I was told they run out of eggs 45 min before the breakfast suppose to finish!)
 - rooms have air conditioning, BUT you need to pay additionally for it
 - restaurant is air conditioned, BUT they switch the air on off
 - restaurant doesn’t offer any milk alternative for lactose intolerant kids, BUT they forbid you bringing your own lactose free milk
 - you pay for half board, BUT they charge you overpriced water and drinks
 - rooms have TV, BUT it is size of a laptop screen
 - rooms have fridges,  BUT they switch off all the time you are outside of the room.
 - it has a swimming pool, BUT you are not allowed to swim after 7pm!  
 
 When you add up all the additional charges, and the annoyance with all the above, I would never come back there again.

Many hidden costs and terrible food!

We stayed 6 nights in september with 2 kids (3months and 2 years).We payed way too much almost a tausend and we got a 
- room on and 1st floor wirh NO elevator so we must 4-5 times per day to lift stroller with baby.
-There is no Loby so in case of bad weather and rain you need to stay in you room.Loby is open JuSt during the meal time (morning and evening 2 hours)
- receptionist is so unfriendly

Only good and nice thing is a lot of space and green grass with Olive trees in front of Hotel restaurant.

We would not recommend this hotel.it way too expencive for what they offer you!!!

Overrated.Not family & kids friendy

I think the hotel is subpar and the price that we paid for five nights is higher then the quality of the "service".

Here are just a few things that I don't find normal for a hotel, which claims to have three stars.

1. The room is very worn out. For example, the headboard of the bed is not in its finest condition.

2. There is no holder for the shower head in the bathroom. When I asked at the reception how am I supposed to shower they replied: "But of course, with the one hand and holding the shower head with the other." This would have been funny if it was not rude.

3. The cleanliness in the bathroom is not exactly great.

4. At the pool there are only less than 20 sunbeds - way too little for such a big complex.

5. There are no umbrellas at the hotel pool. I understand that the guests should go to the overcrowded beach in front of the hotel in order to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas there. A man at reception informed me that they do not provide umbrellas but the guests can use their own - this was not mentioned in the description of the hotel. Also, if you bring na umbrella of your own, there is no holder for it.

6. The WiFi is not working, but this is the least problem.

7. The beach is not clean, very narrow and stoney, the sunbeds are very close one to the other.

8. You must pay 7 euros per day to use the air conditioning.

9. The food is not good.

10. Before check-out they count the towels in your room as though someone would like to take home a worn out towel.

The worst experience we've had in Greece

the same for lunch every day, air conditioning payable per day, there are no umbrellas at the pool, there are tiny stones that cut the skin of 3/3 people the same an old man from service goes to everyone's plate
