clean and close to the beach, rooms are basic but cleaned every day, towels and bedding changed 3 daily bars and tavernas we've been stopping here for a few years and can't find fault going back in september

I booked 2 times this place.. first time by booking.com and they refuse my credit card details because it was not valid and in this occasion they propose me abother hotel at the same rate in the same area but i didn't like it. I changed mt credit card (i'm sure it was valid) and they after few minute cancelled my reservation. I made a new one from a travel agent and i pay with the same credit card they had refused before... 
after 10 days they inform us that the room was not available and they continuosly proposed me another hotel.. at the end i understood that in this small town a lot of
Hotel or apartment are under the Travel Corner control and they decide where you have to sleep in Corfù. They are the owner of most of the apartment od Kassiopi and really i suggest you to stay away of this person who try to overcharge you in all the way.

Bad customer care... 

We love Kassiopi but would not return to Marika Apartments. It was incredibly small for 5 people one of the beds was a camp
bed the double bed was hard and the kitchen had incredibly basic equipment . The only air con unit was in the kitchen so we had to leave the 2 bedroom doors open to get cool which was not ideal at all. The only plus is the location which is great only about 10 minutes walk into Kassiopi although our sea view was half obscured by a roof!!

Absolutely Fab Property Location with sea views, on the doorstep to everything. Loved it Loved It !  Kostas at the travel corner best price and service !! Had everything we needed in the apartment, I would stay here over and over if only for the seaviews.  Kassiopi is a Beautiful fishing village, although no longer a cheap getaway, worth every penny spent, amazing food in all restaurants, Petrinos and Jannis being my ultimate favourites.

Cheeky Holiday April 2016

Just back home today and can honestly say we will definitely be going back . The apartment was basic but extremely clean and we got fresh towels four times over the week. The pool is fab and we also swam in the sea across the path . This was a very quiet relaxing place and the locals were extremely friendly and chatty . 

Excellent 

The apartment is small and lacking in any comfort. The air conditioning unit was in the kitchen and we needed to go to Travel Corner to get the controller for the AC. We then found that we needed to pay €5 per day for the air conditioning. We said that AC was listed on the booking page and were told that yes it is there, you just need to pay for it.
The AC unit did not work and took 5 days to be fixed. 
Other problems were as follows: Shower going from very hot to cold alternately, there was no mount for the shower head, there was not enough cutlery or dishes for 5 people, the shower curtain didn't close, the toilet seat was broken and the kettle broken. 
The timber canopy shown in the photo is no longer there and there are only a couple of umbrellas. The advert on On The Beach mentions a lounge, a bar and palm trees. These do not exist.
The  apartments are in a good position and the view over the bay are beautiful.
The cleaner is very pleasant and helpful.
Kassiopi is a lovely place but we would not recommend Marika .

Do not book Marika Apartments

This didn't look at all like those pictures. I would not have gone in that pool had you paid me. Our apartment was studio number 3 and had a sea view at least. It was basic, actually one of the neighbours described it as "less than basic" and I had to agree. Everything was tatty. We booked through Owners Direct and on arrival found we had to pay extra for Air Con !! Nowhere on my information did it say that. Kassiopi is gorgeous and having been to other parts of Corfu we were glad we picked this town as our location. The apartment is very handy for beaches, harbour, bars and shops. We had a great time but I would never recommend you book here, I am sure there are better places even if you have to pay a wee bit more. Even the apartments next door looked a lot better, their pool at least was inviting ! I am surprised by positive reviews on here for these apartments, I am not sure theirs was the same as ours !! I have stayed in a few Air BnB places in Europe this year and think I will stick to that from now on, you get so much more for your money. I don't think I will rush back to Greece either, I have always loved Greek Islands but these days it is SO expensive. I felt everything on Corfu was a rip-off from car hire (they filled the tank and charged us £68 knowing full well you can't use a full tank in a week on such a small island) to the fruit stall man in Kassiopi who saw me coming and charged me three times as much as fruit costs at home and lattes in a coffee shop at £3.50. Spain for us next year methinks.

Less than basic but very convenient location

We arrived at our booked accomodation and there was a letter saying we had been moved to this location. For us it was better as it had a pool and was less of a walk to the village of Kassioipi....2 minutes away. The view from the back is great and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. This made for better wifi as I think the broadband may be a bit limited. It was on and off. The apartment was ground floor and did not have sea view but was fine and properly equipped. It was a bit cold though at this time of year and very windy most of the week, meaning we could not properly enjoy the view at the back. The location backs onto the stoney beach but the nw winds we had came straight down the bay. There was parking at the back for residents and it must be super in the summer.

Nice surprise upgrade

We arrived on July 26, 2014, the hotel has a nice swimming pool and a nice terrace. In any case: -problem 1, the residence has no signs, no signs, we only recognized it having seen the photos -problem 2, having a double entrance, one on the sea and one on one side of the center, people use the residence as a shortcut undisturbed, passing through the beds and sometimes using the pool abusive. -problem 3, there is no reception, so whenever they found bathers using the drain and pool of the residence without permission, there was no one to express our discomfort to.

Public swimming pool

We stayed 3 weeks in July with another couple in a studio in RCH facing the pool and has the sea and an apartment with 2 bedrooms on the first floor facing the sea and the pool. The layout is simple compared to the very competitive fare but largely enough for a holiday. Attention, the apartment only had the climate in the center of the apartment in the kitchen. Fortunately, the nights are not too crowded. The situation is ideal with the beach at the bottom of the terrace.... Furthermore, the animation of Kassiopi is located at the port 5 feet away, so no noise in the evening is very quiet. Kassiopi is an ideal holiday destination with wonderful sights. We are also often visited by the Travel Center of Corsica, with many rental cars and tourist attractions. We recommend Kassiopi with a lot of Italian and Greek tourists.
