little far to shopping but a wonderful hotel ...

The hotel is very clean, its staffs are excellent. All the attraction is on the walking distance. Our room has the street view. It’s little noisy but we get used to it. If we have a chance to go back to Athen. We would stay in this hotel again.

Very good experience. The front desk workers were all very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good with variety of food. The room was clean, just smaller than expected, but maybe thats just me being used to american hotels. Bathroom was clean and good size. Location is good. 10 minute walk to acropolis and other monumets. Will recommend it.

It was a wonderful stay, the girls at the front counter were very polite and helpful. Great customer service. Highly recommend to stay there.

We stayed in a superior room for our last night in Europe and the room was very comfortable and fresh - lovely shower, cosy queen bed, big tv, cold water in fridge, sofa and small balcony. The breakfast was ok although terrible Nescafé coffee. Reception staff were helpful and luggage storage no problems. We were able to explore Athens sites nearby and then come back at night to collect our bags and use toilet before heading to airport.

Staff were very helpful! Room was very pretty and clean! Continental breakfast was filling and tasty! Loved that everything we wanted to see was within 20 minute walk or less! Would highly recommend!

Good hotel in good location.

Recommend ‘superior room’

Overall good experience; clean hotel, modern facilities. We were on the fifth floor and the AC seemed to struggle; the lowest setting is 19°C and our room consistently was at 21.5°. It would have been okay if there was at least some air movement, but since the AC unit was around the corner from the bed (at least in our room), we ended up sweating through the nights.

Really clean place, good staff, easy to walk everywhere, close from public transportation, safe district.  The only comment I have to tell is about the breakfast lunchbox :  it's really cool to offer that but I'd hope some variation in it and to have a drink also. I recommend that place from now on to everyone that wants to visit Athens. Cool rooftop terrasse too ! Another important point : 2 twin size beds doesn't mean 2 separate beds as in America. (even if it says 1 bed or 2 twin beds, you'll only have 1 bed in the room)

Wonderful hotel within walking distance of the edge of the Plaka dining and shopping. Hotel very clean and well appointed. Front desk team was absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again. And be sure to go to The Coffee Joint one block away from the property. Wonderful family owned business and everyone goes above and beyond for every customer.

I would highly recommend the Urban Frame Hotel to my friends and family. My wife and I received a caring and warm welcome from front desk clerk Dmitry, who maintained his engaged and empathetic service throughout our stay. Always ready and willing to attend to our needs and answer our manny questions. The room was excellent and so was the breakfast. If we ever return to Athens, this will definitely be our first hotel choice. Thank you again to Dmitry and Claudia for your kind hospitality.

Urban Frame Acropolis is a very new updated hotel.  Everything was amazing. I can not stress enough, the location was amazing!  Incredibly close to everything.  One thing that I did not realize when I booked the room, was the size.  I will admit, it was pretty small.  But for the price and the location, it was worth it. I was there with my wife and 2 sons, age 7 and 5.  At times it got a little tight, but we were there specifically for sightseeing.  We did not spend much time in the room anyway. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was super comfortable. Most important also, the air conditioning worked great.  Very important after a long afternoon of sightseeing in the hot sun.  Demetrius at the front desk was so helpful!! Our first day of sightseeing, as we walked out, he stopped me and asked me what our plans were?  Do we know where we want to go?  Can I help?  Then he gave us a map and all kinds of recommendations and directions.  He was such a great help and a big asset to a successful Athens experience.

Very good hotel, in central area of Athens close to touristic places. Very nice service in general. Good room, modern and with necessary amenities. Only downsize was breakfast: basic and area in basement. Decided to go nearby to good eateries.

Good stay at Urban Frame

The reception girls were great, very responsive.One issue we want to point: during the two weeks we stay, there were few days without cleaning service at all.
