You will never find a cleaner accommodation. Maria and her son clean top to bottom everyday . I have stayed here over the last seven years and it has been wonderful . Rooms and bed excellent .Close to the beach and many restaurants nearby (4.5 rating and up ) . Some rooms have balconies with room for table and chairs facing the sea . Larger rooms with sea side view and cooking  available . Specify you preferred room when booking . A two mile walk along the coast takes you to more beautiful beaches . 

Simply top. Very friendly owner, clean rooms and - best of all - the location. Beach right at the front of your door. Stayed there with two kids - they loved it too. Market and tavernas within 5 mins of walking distance. Very easy to find free parking spot right in front of the house.

Beautiful clean rooms that have everything you could need.

My partner and I booked to visit Crete, he has been to the Flisvos many times but i have never visited Crete. 
We were amazed with our stay. The rooms were perfect, we had an upstairs room with front-facing sea view and it was absolutely perfect.

Maria, the host, is wonderful and very helpful. She works very hard and the rooms reflect this. 
The hotel is literally on the beach, and many restaraunts and shops in Plakias are literally a few seconds walk away! 

The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was a perfect size, and the air conditioning was brilliant. It was a very hot holiday, so everything that you need and more! 

We can’t wait to visit again this September ❤️

Very clean, comfortable rooms - clean bedding and towels provided every day. Maria the owner is very friendly and helpful - nothing is a problem for her! Location is perfect to see everything in Plakias.

We had stayed here on several previous occasions but - as with all trips this year, had our fingers crossed as to how everything would pan out. We needn't have worried! As ever the welcome was brilliant, the rooms were spotlessly maintained, the family were as charming as ever and nothing was too much trouble. All Cretan properties hosting guests have had to complete a course of 10 on-line lectures on coping with Covid and then pass an exam to get a certificate to allow them to operate - (if only the UK could get their act together like that!!) A brilliant break, lovely people, lovely destination and the warmest and kindest of welcomes. We'll be back as soon as we can - love and thanks to Maria and family.,

Perfect location right across from the beach and close to town. Clean and spacious. Cute decor. Lovely balcony with afternoon sun. Stayed here for a night in May with my sister and mother. Wish we had stayed longer! Will definitely return! 

Filsvos was well located, right on the main road in Plakias, overlooking the beach. The room we had was very spacious and had a good sized balcony although when we were there the notorious winds of southern Crete were wreaking havoc and we didn't have a chance to enjoy sitting out on the balcony! The room did look like it had been refurbished and nicely decorated but the bathroom did look a little tired. That said it was all very clean and very reasonably priced, with easy parking on the other side of the street opposite the hotel. The place was easy to find coming into Plakias and there are lots of nice little cafes and family-run tavernas nearby.

Great location

Very rude host. We ordered triple room with sea view and we got quadruple room with garden view. Host said it was booking mistake, but it was host mistake after chatting with booking. She was laying all the time. So be careful. 
And what about quadruple room: there is just 2 rosettes for charge phone, hair drying and for all. Balcony is narrow and too small for 4 people. Noisy fan in the bathroom and awkward shower.
