Located in the center, easy access, clean lobby, restaurant, room, except shower area where has a bit of stains on the floor. Other than this very nice accommodation. Thanks.

Lovely little hotel for very reasonable price,top grade amenities.

In this room air conditioner was too strong and came to directly to bed so it was a big problem for summer nights. Otherwise, 31doors is the best hotels in here, we always prefer!

it is a very new and beautiful hotel, but you cannot sleep with the balcony door open, the street is very noisy.

We had a lovely couple of nights at the 31 Doors Hotel. Our check-in receptionist was so kind and helpful after we had had problems with our car. He was excellent. The hotel is close to the centre. Walking distance of about 8 minutes. Its very clean and modern. Only two years old I believe. Finally the free breakfast was wonderful. Lots of variety with hot cooked food,omelette, bacon eggs sausages as well as cold cheeses and ham and a choice of fresh fruit, cereal and cakes. Covid rules were very well applied and hygiene was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice renovated building, with elevator, coco mat pillows and duvet, good size for European standard room/bathroom, not noisy, parking is limited, but per receptionist you can park near the stadium. Breakfast was wonderful, including available gloves for guests! And they make breakfast slots from previous day so to be not crowded, very good idea! Only in the bathroom , the shower was with half glass wall, no door or shower curtains and floor outside the shower become wet. In general some little things in bath can be fixed, but we have very nice time in this sweet hotel. Complimentary in the room: bottle of water, slippers. Nice toiletries and a lavender pouch for good sleep :)

Renovated with nice linnens and great breakfast!

An immaculately clean and tidy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.Excellent for an overnight stay close to the border with Turkey.Bed, bed linen and towels first class and a surprise to find a coffee machine in the bedroom.Breakfast very good-with a toast machine that works and bacon and eggs. Very central in the town of Alexandroupoli, with lots of restaurants nearby.

Excellent hotel

This seems to be a Coco-Mat hotel. Our recent experience was a mixed bag. The room was clean and sufficiently roomy. The bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was small, but functional in its way. The only problem, but it was a big one, was the noise. The noise that came through the door was surprising in its quantity and volume. The door doesn't seem to dampen down things at all, resulting in getting woken up multiple times by noise in the hallway. The street noise was to be expected and we could work with that. It would be nice if the curtains were a little bit bigger (several mm would be sufficient) to really keep the sun out. The staff was superlative.

Comfortable but noisy.

It is very near to the center of rhe city.Hasn't got a wonderful wiev but very clean and elegant inside. We stayed in a room looking to the street and I noticed that they put a curtain on the wall which makes you feel there is a big window behind. However it is a wall. Maybe it is because of being too hot in summer. Staff is great and helpful.  Got free parking only for 5 care but you can find free parking around  the hotel.

Hotel is brand new, and we were the very first guests there. Exceptionally clean, very professional and friendly staff, all reasonably priced. Hotel is also within walking distance to the heart of the town. There is also limited private parking, but no worries, you can find plenty of parking space around the hotel. I would definitely stay at 31 Doors Hotel again.
