We came back to Residence Gerani, this being our 4th time.  The view from the balcony of "our" apartment is spectacular.  Everything you could need in the clean apartment. Karin, Kelly and her colleague are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble.  Handy tavernas and a supermarket easily within walking distance, and a lovely sandy beach.  Agios Nicolaos is a ten minute drive away. We very much hope we will be back again.  We really love it there and Karin, especially, really put herself out for us.  Fingers crossed for next year's holiday ..... 

A relaxing place with a spectacular view

Karin was very available and he solved all our problems immediately and gave us many tips on beaches and taverns. Close to so many beautiful beaches and to Agios Nicolaos where you have to go by car. Great also the beach below and the taverns. There is also a small supermarket right at the end of the descent where you can find everything. The Greek style apartment is a little dated but it went very well too. Congratulations to Karin.

What a lovely vacation.

Very good stay at the Gerani residence. Very well located: quiet with a beautiful sea view, beautiful small beach at 40 m, away from the hustle and bustle of Agios Nikolai but not far yet... Simple but clean apartment and very good for holidays... Effective air conditioning (important given the heat!) Charming home of Karin, French...

It's a small residence with a beautiful view. We were very welcomed. The apartment was really nice. We were five and we had plenty of space. We could have easily spent 15 days there! We really recommend this place and hope to return to it on our next trip. The top!

That's great.

Nice hotel with a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace, very quiet and well located. The beach is two steps away and accessible on foot, with restaurant and bar next to it. However, the maintenance of the rooms is not easy. The rooms are clean but old, a little refreshment would not be too much especially in the bathrooms. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay with a great welcome.

All right, but...

Amazing view over the bay, we had the huge apartment on the top, some apartments might be different. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good internet in the room. Pool a bit cold, but still lovely. Lovely beach at the bottom with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Water a bit cold, there are cold springs flowing into the sea, but still swimmable. 2 restaurants and a shop. 10 minutes from Agios Nikolaos and other beaches.

Amazing place

5th family stay in this residence. The large apartments are fantastic, I recommend apartments 3 and 4, has a stunning view. Cleanliness at the top. The beach at the bottom of the residence is very easy to access and very pleasant. Karine has reserved a very nice reception, always smiling and listening, very good advice to explore the area and for the nice restos. She is always attentive to her guests. We will definitely return.

Fantastic residence for an excellent vacation!

Very nice apartment, super spacious, 2 terraces and sea view. Quiet, close to the beach, we had a nice stay in the residence. There are 2 taverns two steps away, on the beach, quite basic. Our hotel had put down a menu of restaurants in Agios: the ones tested were top. No hotel service: no housekeeping, no changing bath towels, no reception... the bathroom is a little old... and the shower is warm early in the morning. And a lot of mosquitoes in the apartment. To sleep, it's pretty unpleasant.

It's a great setting, but...

We had a very good stay in this residence. The small beach is right next door. The apartments are very convenient with everything available. The view of our apartment was sublime. And I will emphasize the quality of the hospitality, and the kindness of the manager.

It's perfect.

We have just spent 3 nights here, and we leave this morning. The sea view from each rental is just magical, the pool is very nice and with a great view as well. The reception of our guests has been more than warm.
