Angels Suites are truly a heavenly retreat right in the heart of Platanias.

The apartment itself was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean and we were greeted in person by Joseph as soon as we stepped out of our taxi and into the shop below which form part of the same building.

Joseph helped us to our room and pointed out the amenities. The two luxurious apartments are located via a marble staircase through a dedicated secure entrance at the side of the building. We stayed in Gregory apartment which is at the front of the building directly facing the square and the nightlife with a full sliding door and small balcony to take in the atmosphere which is buzzing into the early hours (and beyond). Joseph apartment is at the rear and has a sea facing terrace.

Back to Gregory apartment, it had a large smart TV in the open plan lounge/kitchen with surround sound and access to netflix etc along with a full kitchen with every amenity you could wish for, including a juicer a coffee maker and even some condiments (Olive Oil, Paprika etc). A welcome pack was provided with local wines and some snacks. Very nice touch. A note on the lounge, it has a sofa bed, however, unless you are here to party or out of season you wont be using the sofa to sleep on, the party in the square would make it very difficult. 

That said you cannot hear the noise in the bedroom so would assume you cannot hear the noise in the other suite at all.

The bathroom had a Jacuzzi bath and an over bath shower. The bedroom had a comfy bed and a safe along with adequate storage and a little anti space for laundry. The apartment is decorated with unique art works by Anastasia which seem to capture the spirt of the place.

The crowning glory, literally is the roof terrace providing spectacular outside space for enjoying the glorious Cretan weather or taking in the sunset over the sea. The roof terrace is well equipped with sunbeds, parasol, chairs and table set and a hot tub with several jet and light settings as well as an outdoor shower.

A land lane is provided to call the staff in the shop below during opening hours and a mobile number is provided for out of hours service if any emergencies occur.

We called the staff line a couple of times for replacement towels/rubbish disposal and this was dealt with very courteously and promptly thanks Stavros and team in the shop.

Due to an electrical issue we did have cause to call the out of hour emergency number, this was at no fault of the property owners but Joseph responded immediately, despite the late hour, to ensure our comfort and then had the issue resolved the very next morning. This was our general experience with any slight request. A courteous and prompt response with a smile. Genuinely great hospitality.

Amazing suite!  Fabulous view, location, and the host, Joseph was very helpful…great young man!

We have now been here a second time and can honestly say this is where we want to travel next year as well. This place just keeps getting better and better. Now there's even a private jaccuzzi on the deck. We were blown away. Everything about Angels suites is in our minds perfection. The Joseph suite is so spacious, clean and superb in every aspect. I have never slept in a better bed! Really reccommend this place, its so central, you live in the middle of platanias, and one would think there would be alot of noise from the street but no, barely anything. It's so peaceful and relaxing. And the staff, and family; they are endearing. You will meet a genuine family that is always there to help should there be anything, the service is impeccable and they make the experience just that extra special. Absolutely perfect!

this apartments are made with so much care .located in the square of the village, everything is close to you.

We were here in mid september 2018, we were greeted by the lovely family and shown to our appartement and we were mind blown. We had the Joseph suite and it's just as beautiful as shown in the pictures, if not better!
 Everything we could possibly need was right in the apartment, even the fridge was filled with the basics and then some! We had a huge deck all to ourselves and it was very private.
 It's situated right in the heart of Platanias, you have grocery stores and bakeries right next door and parking around 100m away. Now back to the Angels suites; the apartment was cleaned every other day, spotless. The interior was top modern and beautiful, even the hallway was stunning! 
The family was always there and nothing was too much to ask for, really heartwarming hospitable people and we adored them. We had a flat tire and they arranged for us to get it fixed and gave us tips about platanias, creta and especially scenic beautiful beaches to visit (Ty Joseph!)
If we visit crete again, this is the home we would come back to.

Could not ask for more.

We arrived in Platanias on Thursday May 24th 2018 from Lillestroem/Norway and was very well received and shown to and around in the Joseph Suite. We were greeted with fruit, bread, water and other things in the fridge, sweets and a bottle of wonderful sparkling wine. 

We would like to thank the whole Angels Suite-Team for your great hospitality and your warm welcome!

We have had a wonderful week, as always in Platanias, but especially this time in this lovely suite and the big terrace, which we have enjoyed from sunrise to sunset and late night, just leaving it for visiting local friends and to have dinner.

We are really sorry that we couldn't stay for more than one week - this was really heaven for us and the best kind of relaxation that we  needed. We will of course higly recommend this suite with excellent and friendly staff with excellent service! If we needed anything it was just to ask and it was delivered to the Suite.

Relaxation in beautiful and tranquil surroundings

The apartment is brand new, equipped with everything you can wish for... we spent a week in the Joseph Suite, a super luxurious apartment with a mega-cornered, huge terrace and a beautiful view of the sea! The whole facility is modern, and equipped with the best of the best. The owner is extremely friendly and accessible at all times. The accommodation is located in the middle of Platania, everything you need is in close proximity. The beach is within walking distance. We would be at ease any time, we felt extremely comfortable and can recommend this accommodation 100%.
