So this is not a five-star luxury hotel, but in this price range and you know what you are paying for it's a 10/10. 
The rooms are ok, clean, with wifi, TV, AC, bathtub. All that you expect. The main thing that stands out is that the service is outstanding. The whole staff was helpful, very friendly and understanding. Whether it was room service, questions whatever we always got help fast and with a smile. They did not accept credit cards, but were flexible and understanding to postpone payment until I could withdraw cash or put it on the room tab. The pool was very nice too and available at just a small fee. Would definetely recommend if you just want a "normal" hotel for a few nights to stay and be comfortable. Ofc if you are after a luxurious resort experience this is not it, but as for a standard hotel it's great!

WE enjoyed our stay here. We were originally scheduled to be here for two nights but due to snow at Manchester Airport we missed a night. When we arrived we were shown to a large room with air conditioning and free wif-fi.
Staff were very flexible in arranging a very early breakfast and including lunch rather than dinner as we were changing our arrangement.
Hotel is ideally sited for birding and nature watching at nearby Shai Hills

Goo hotel, friendly staff

We arrived here for our one night stay at about 10.30pm, after our flight from the UK. Our room was called Cherry and was a large twin room with a large bathroom. Our first impressions weren’t good, the sheets on the bed although ironed, were stained. The bathroom had only a deep bath, no shower, and the water was cold, not even warm. Slept on top of the bed.
The next morning, still only cold water. I don’t mind a cold shower but no way was I going to have a cold bath.
Breakfast was a plated omelette with toast. We came back for lunch which was an improvement.

We were a group of 8 and the other rooms were no better. The only positive thing about this hotel is that it’s convenient for Shai Hills, which was where we started our birding holiday.
Glad we won’t be staying here again!

Definitely not recommended

The hotel looks a bit run-down.  If this is the first place you'll stay during your holiday in Ghana, you might start to question your choice.
My room was scorching hot when I got there, very late in the evening - it took the poor aircon over an hour to get the temperature below the boiling-point.  The mattress on my bed felt like concrete.  The bathroom is OK - there's hot water.  The towels however... most likely they were once white, but that seems like an eternity ago.
The good part is the location : very close to Shai Hills Reserve, so ideal for an early morning visit.

A bit of a run-down  place to stay, but very close to Shai Hills Reserve

This is a budget-friendly hotel outside Accra that is perfect for travellers exploring the Greater Accra area, including nearby Shai Hills Reserve. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room very clean and large.The aircon worked perfectly although the water pressure in the bathroom was a little low. The in-house restaurant served a nice mix of local and "western" cuisine and was priced very well. We didn't have time for a dip in the pool, but the water looked crystal clear. Overall an enjoyable, if short, stay.

Decent enough overnight stop

Although hotels booked in Ghana were more for overnight stops whilst we travelled the promise of the rooftop bar was a treat we were looking forward to. Yes there is a rooftop bar but not open and doesnt look like it has been recently. Tables and chairs stored inside and no sign of the bar being open in recent months. The gardens could have been nice to sit in if only there had been some table and chairs to sit on under the covered areas, gardens could do with a gardener. None of the facilities offered in the brochure were actually operating like the shop or massage facilities. I appreciate that when we travelled to Ghana along with most other West African countries they have been suffering a decline of tourists due to the current health problems in other local countries, but dont offer something if you arent actually offering it, or at least let people know so their expectations are not so high. The other side of the hotel is a building site, we knew that a swimming pool was being built but there doesnt seem to have been any recent work going on for some time, there were 2 builders ??!! making a lot of noise but not seeming to be doing anything. . A rather dangerous spiral stairway with no lighting in the morning makes for an accident waiting to happen.
Good Wifi and pleasant staff.
Meals were good for Ghana standards, rooms had good aircon but our room had a half dividing wall between the sitting room and bedroom which made the bedroom extremely hot as the aircon didnt reach there. 
Emergency/escape doors around the hotel were all locked.
Although our check out time was 12.00 we went of for a morning birding to get back to the hotel at 11.00 to find the rooms had all been cleaned and towels taken away, a shower after a hot mornings birding would have been good before we moved on.

dissapointing

We stayed here on our first night in Ghana at the start of a bird tour.  The hotel had well decorated rooms and a clean bathroom.  Everything worked and the mattresses were hard enough, so we all had a good night's sleep.  Dinner was fine tasted pretty good.  We arrived pretty late and left early and so did not have time to appreciate the full facilities of the hotel.

Perfectly fine

Good quality hotel rooms, very efficient air conditioning, cheerful and helpful staff. Corridor lighting especially on stairs dangerous at night (use your torch). Good location for a one night stop over but nothing of immediate interest nearby and swimming pool under construction.

Comfortable & secure

Don't stay in this hotel. My fiancee and I checked in for a night from our trip from Akosombo. And after about An hour my fiancee started breaking out and all sorts of allergies. The bathrooms had no hot water the taps were all out of other..the while room is just too stuffy. and the sheets were stained all over ..there was no way we could even sleep on the bed without ignoring those stains on the sheets when I explained to the receptionists that my fiancee had medical conditions and with that we can't stay she insulted and shouted at us that night. And called the security on us..we explained to the security which he understood. But the receptionist kept going on and on and even cursing at us..we had to pay and checkout right in the middle of the night. Won't advice anyone to lodge here. It's not even worth the money. Few kilometers ahead we found better and clean hotels for even less that amount..horrible receptionist.
