I had the good fortune to meet Mr.Claristo Pinto, the owner of Hotel Volva Plaza at his wonderful property situated on the Madgaon Colva road along with some friends. It was around 11 in the morning and Mr.Pinto being the perfect host graciously treated us with Beer and snacks at his restaurant. After the pleasantries, he offered to take us to explore the property. We really liked what we saw.the entire building consisting of the well maintained rooms and the restaurant with the attached bar.There was also a fairly large swimming pool and the owner told us that he conducts swimming classes there especially for the kids. Even though we did not actually stay there, we felt that the hotel has a great ambience and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who is on a visit to Margaon Goa. In fact I myself propose to stay there with my family during our next visit to Goa. The hotel also arranges transport for the tourists and offers them valuable advise to make their Goa trip memorable. Last but not least, the room tariffs are very much affordable compared to other similar hotels.
