Stayed here for several days in early July 2016. Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant. The continental breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful. The room was in the annex on the first floor, and was a good size with fitted wardrobes, tv and en suite. The hotel is about 1km outside Cochem with a pleasant level walk along the Mosel. Be aware that the pavement is divided for pedestrians and cyclists. From the the hotel car park there are views of the castle and the vineyards across the river. There is a specialist upmarket restaurant on site which opened for the season after we arrived. Menu looked good but expensive.
