Large family hotel, ideal for children, all inclusive deals available, good swimming pool, soft play area, kids club free of charge, lots to do in the area, walking or cycling for adults, plenty of child friendly days out that will not break the bank. Rooms recently refurbished so no sign we saw of the poor reports from earlier years, think Travelodge or Premier Inn or top end Student accommodation, large simple rooms with kitchenette . Food basic in local style, always multiple choices, but self service and middle of the road, breakfast and dinner better, lunch nothing special. Many deals include unlimited beer and wine plus soft drinks. Not the place for a sophisticated holiday, but great value for adult walkers or cyclists and even better value for family who want things to do in good weather and backup at the hotel if the weather not so kind and accept that for the price its good value, but it isn't Posh. I seen reports that its hard to find your way around hotel, our 7 year old granddaughter just followed the colour coded signs and looked at the arrows when you need to change levels, and she never got lost and certainly we didn't, so dont see why people make these comments
