The hotel is located in the upper part of Soap. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Friendly and quick check-in and checkout. Breakfast is sufficient but nothing special. Rooms are quite small and very simple. Subjectively, I think the room price is a little overpriced.

Soap

It's a quiet but not necessarily remote hotel. It's a 10-minute walk to the center, through the woods, maybe. There was nothing to expose in our room. It's up to the price level. Wellness is exaggerated. There's a sauna, but only with pre-registration and 8€ extra. The breakfast buffet is small, but enough. The food in the restaurant is cheap, too high for what's on offer. For a visit to Soap, I can recommend the hotel in any case.

Quiet hotel

Wonderful choice to stay in Seiffen!  We liked the location and parking was not a problem.  The rooms were clean and comfortable.  There is an elevator, a real plus.  The dinning room is filled with traditional German Christmas decor.  We ate our dinners at the hotel and they were not a disappointment.  We will choose this hotel in the future when we are in Seiffen.

Polichinelle

Here you get what you pay for. A good mid-range hotel just above Soap. From the centre you can reach the hotel in about 15 minutes' walk. Please turn on a flashlight in the dark, as the roads are not lit. The rooms are small, clean and standard 4-star hotels. Breakfast good. Restaurant rich choice of meat and wild food, geese, duck... Prices etc. Friendly service.

Hotel with good value for money

The house is located about 500 meters above the round church in a quiet corner. The rooms are small but friendly. The bathroom with shower is really relatively spacious. The heating in the room was poor due to a cloak, but the bathroom was top. The beds were a little too soft for us, but everything in general, cozy. The food was fine, (breakfast & dinner) you can argue about the mass. The extended weekend was worth it, just turn off and come down. I'd like to go again....

Relatively remote house above soap

Our stay over the turn of the year was disappointing. The anticipation of the booked apartments had abruptly ended when we purchased the apartments. Particularly apartments. 306 From the furnishings and the clustered furniture (there was nothing to do with each other) to the sanitary area. The shower was for particularly sporty, especially heated guests since there was no heating in the tiny room. We should have been told before the booking, we would have liked to have left the apartments alone. The price ratio is not at all justified.

Less arrogance, more empathy

The location, about 3 minutes by car from the centre, is unique! Quiet, plenty of parking and yet central. Rooms, dining (a well-ordered breakfast buffet) and restaurant OK. Staff helpful and friendly.

Nice, quiet hotel

A nice hotel with a rather difficult chef, as I have noticed in several reviews before me. Well situated, a little above soap, very quiet. The room was clean, with 82 euros for the double room just now, ok. But the lady at breakfast pulled out a lot, very friendly and attentive, the food was remarkably good. If you don't make big demands, then it's recommended. For groups: arrange appointments as precisely as possible in writing beforehand, the head of the house has discussed his own interpretations of the discussion.

Experiencing the Erzgebirge

We were in Soap for a weekend. The hotel room was fine. The TV in our room was too small for the size of the room. Unfortunately, it was also very tight in the shower. Tiny sink! The mattresses are very soft. The house has a sauna (it costs an extra 8 euros per person for 90 minutes!) The restaurant is very nicely decorated with nutcrackers and other figures from the Erzgebirge. We felt the food was rather average.

Simple hotel in a quiet location

The Director at this place is just a nice guy, so why look out for another place if this Hotel responds to your needs. The room this time was a bit small, last floor (-), however the meal in the beautifully appointed restaurant excellent, as usual. Alone the decoration here is worth a visit to Seiffen and of course to the Hotel. And you can get your kids to count all Nutcrackers in the dining room, they wil lbe busy for a while ;-).
