Very good hotel if you're going by car from Sweden to the Alps. Do you drive from Stockholm, it's about 10 hours there via Puttgarden. Then you have another approximately 7 hours to the Austrian border. I have tried many different hotels for this purpose but will choose Holstein in the future. Located a few kilometers from the highway, but it's worth it. The owners put the room and the door key in a locker with a combination lock if you come in the middle of the night. Rooms are very quiet with comfortable beds and breakfast is excellent.
