A belated review and thank you. Stayed here in February over Valentines weekend and enjoyed the experience so much I can't wait to go back, every aspect of this place from the room, to the host/owner to the breakfast and location is absolutely perfect. Each of the rooms are beautifully individually decorated with their own style, colour and furnishings, we had the Cherry Room which was superb, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom stylish and the décor tasteful, a really lovely high end room and so peaceful. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and high quality, most of the items are produced either by the establishment themselves or sourced locally and was the perfect start to each day. The host is wonderfully knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and really helped with local information, tips and suggestions on where to go and what to see in the local vicinity. There is free parking, free WIFI and even a lounge with an honesty bar plus Tea/Coffee available, I totally recommend the local Flensburg beer! :) Also, you buy homemade jam/marmalade, if available, don't leave without picking up a jar of the Calvados, delicious!! Overall, this all added up to the perfect Valentines weekend, I cannot recommend this place enough
