We ended up with a sort of suite or apartment on the top floor - 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom in a separate corridor - easily enough room for 4 or 5 people if you needed it. Exactly what I expected from a Bavarian Guest house - simple, solid, snug with a friendly welcome & a filling & warming breakfast. No wifi & no kettle in the room - tho' this latter seems to be a peculiarly English expectation (me included) - we asked & managed to get a coffee at the bar !!!
