13 reviewsVery nice room with all wood floors & furniture. All things certified BIO (Organic) - meaning the soap in the bathroom, toilet paper or two pieces of chocolate as a welcome gift. Also the bottle of water (in glass & not n plastic). That also means that all the linens & towels are washed without any harmful chemicals. Absolutely no WiFi on premises, so you can sleep better in a spacious & very comfortable bed. Very quiet at night, except for the soothing sound of water spring running underneath the hotel. This is spring was used in the good old times to "power" the old grain mill. Great BIO bakery across "the street". Also a beer brewery on premises. Almost perfect, except for the fact that the BIO breakfast is a bit limited with fresh vegetable choices (like lettuce, tomatoes, etc). It is mostly meats, cheeses, eggs & cereals (all BIO breakfast). If one does not drink coffee, the tea (although BIO) is only available in nylon bags & with a lukewarm water in which it is impossible to steep even a green tea. Other than that, it is a great location for nearby hiking in the Saxon Switzerland.
