Hotel Restaurant Estricher Hof

We stayed here for 2 nights on our drive from the UK to Austria, with our 2 dogs. It’s a traditional hotel that has been run by 5 generations of the same family. We were made to feel very welcome and were well looked after. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was quite simply the comfiest I have ever slept on. There was also a complimentary bottle of sparkling water each day in the rooms. The breakfast buffet was a help yourself to as much as you want and included gluten free cereal and bread options. We ate at the hotel in the evenings as well, the food is delicious and extremely good value for money. It’s a popular place to eat for locals as well as hotel guests, so you know the food is good! Be sure to try something from the Smoker and/or the Big Green Egg! It’s a great location for a walk or cycle ride along the river. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back again.
