Burg-Hotel Relais du Silence

Ever so slightly off the beaten path, but just a few blocks from the main square, this little hotel tucked away by the city walls had us noticing many passing by stopping and taking photos of the outside. It’s that pretty! And that’s saying something in a town as beautiful as this. The room was clean and nice, breakfast in the little atrium was wonderful, staff was great, and the older gentleman owner is so pleasant, engaging, and calls you by your name your entire stay. The only slight complaint for us would be that the Suite with Terrace room gives you access to a public terrace, not a private terrace. We thought it was private, but the listing does indeed say “access”. It was still fine for us though, and we enjoyed our stay very much.
