We were pleased as we were visiting our daughter that lives by a walking distance; bad thing is that summer in July was hotter that expected and the room does not have any fan or ventilator; it helped we brought a tiny USB fan we keep it on all night and windows opened so it cool down a little. The pension serves free american breakfast and has a little pool which is great even thought we never used. The service is very kind and room clean every day regardless at what time we left the room. One surprise is that they only accept cash, no credit cards at all. Rösrath is a small town close to Cologne, 15-20 minutes away with 2 train stations one of them in a walking distance.
