There's nothing to complain about here. Friendly reception, clean and large rooms/apartments. The location is a little outdoors but the bus station is at the front door and you're at Potsdam station in a few minutes. I was there for the second time and can really only recommend the boarding house.

I 'd like to go back

I loved this place, personnel is very helpful and friendly. They will advise you judiciously as to what you can do in the surroundings and what is worth doing. 
The rooms a perfectly though about with a little kitchenette and a heater in the bathroom. There is a good washing machine and dryer for very low cost. The breakfast is fantastic from a German perspective as it contains all the cold cuts you can imagine and fresh bread each day and great cappuccino. There are fruits and juices as well. 
Only drawback is may be that staff is there till 14hr only but in the morning always available for questions and there is a phone number one can call. 

Very nice little pension with all facilities around 

Good morning, we were in Potsdam with our granddaughter for a few days. Fortunately we found the Am Findling boarding house. We slept in the Apolonia house. We felt very comfortable. Small things were fixed and cleared up immediately. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice. We slept well too. Bus stops are nearby. Thank you very much again to the team. We'll probably be back.

A week as a base camp to explore Potsdam. Top...!👍😀 Super rooms. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. All businesses could start right at home by bus and train. Come back anytime.

Visit to Potsdam/Berlin

As soon as I first contacted the reception I knew that I had chosen the best Potsdam could offer in relation to the budget. Check in very fast and immediate delivery of keys. The single room was above my expectations: large and bright with attachment in a fully equipped kitchen, with bathroom and shower, fast and free WiFi. Located inside the house was also very quiet. The location may seem a bit far from the city center but at 50 meters there is the stop of the 2 buses that lead to the Central Train Station.

The best of Potsdam

We spent one night in the Findling and felt very comfortable there: prime with public access; good location; spacious, quiet, rooms; unfortunately a little soft mattresses; good breakfast; very friendly & friendly staff.

Friendly, recommended pension

Friendly staff, clean double room, good breakfast, good location, good price, free Wi-Fi, HD programs, what more do you want? The only minus point we could give was the lack of soap in the bathroom, for that there were all kinds of household utensils like water boilers, cutlery, dishes, microwave etc. All in all we were very satisfied and will stay there again on our next visit to Potsdam

My daughter and I booked the apartment for a weekend and I can say that it was really a lucky touch. The rooms are spacious and really clean. You have the opportunity to cook a little if you don't want to go out to eat. The bathroom even had a bathroom, which is not necessarily the usual. The staff is very friendly and casual, no questions left unanswered. Even questions in advance were answered in a draw. We booked with breakfast and started the day so relaxed. There was everything that the heart wanted, from coffee and tea juice, plenty of options for sausage, cheese, fruit and vegetables, and we could also find a variety of potatoes worth a visit. We should definitely choose a five-star pension, and we could not travel more than once.

A very nice welcome for this hotel with a kitchenette and wifi. Good quality bedding, room and toilet clean even though the facilities are a little old. Washing machines available.

Very convenient and affordable

The guesthouse is clean, modern and essential, with car parking and a standard breakfast. On the contrary, it is far from the centre, so the double room is not a gift for 74€. Good quality sleep, and the room equipment, for making tea, etc., and there was also a microwave, which does not fail.
