The hotel is a gem - heart in the heart of Plauen. It's centrally located on the Klostermarkt, in the heart of the town - everything you could want - historic landmarks, good restaurants, cafes, shops, public transportation - is almost at the doorstep. The hotel owners are a very warm, welcoming, gracious couple. The breakfasts are excellent and a wonderful way to start the day. The rooms are airy and spacious. Outstanding WiFi reception. Excellent television channels, The hotel is very quiet - the owners provide outstanding service and truly make their guests feel comfortable. I have now stayed here 3 or 4 times - and it is a joy! (There is no elevator, but one can always use the exercise - I know I can).
