Great service and attention to details that make ones stay memorable. Dinners were top class, levelled to some world’s best restaurants. Good wine selection and a knowledgeable sommelier to advice you. The staff went above our expectations even if we regretfully dont speak German. From check -in, to sharing information about the area sights and in-house activities. The spa was lovely. Just get acquainted with German spa etiquette first. Highly recommend massages.
