It's our second time here and the apartment is clean and essential. I'm comfortable with the laundry and dryers room. Close to the center and the main train station.

It's a great apartment.

Visited for 3 nights for the Christmas Markets and had an amazing time. The apartments are very clean, spacious and  modern with everything you need. Located on a lovely quiet street and there are shops nearby that open early for any essentials.  It is about a 10 minute walk to the main town and yes it’s under a railway bridge but we never felt unnerved by this.  The key pad is a little tricky ...actually very tricky for me and the hubby as we spent 30 minutes trying to get in (after a couple or more drinks) but when our friends turned up they got us all in with the first attempt haha.  Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. 

Fab Apartments

I would give this three and a half instead of four if I could. The apartment is relatively easy to find from the station, entry tricky but once you get the hang of it, it was ok. The apartment was very clean and the owner/manager was extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment is quite spacious and the washing facilities handy. The sofa bed and pillows provided need improving. Unfortunately we had some noisy neighbours and could hear them talking and banging doors through the night, not the fault of the owner but something to be aware of. It was an approximate 15 minute walk to the old town through the railway station. Pretty reasonable rates for basic clean accommodation.

Comfortable enough!

I decided to give the highest score because these apartments made us feel at home. Even though I never met the owners, the contacts via email and text were clear, always pointing there and cordial enough to make us feel welcomed! The apartment is of excellent size and the choice of having few furniture but functional is winning... especially for us who have a 9-month-old baby who would cuddle and pull up everywhere... Thank you for making us find a chair, a bathtub and fit for the little one. Maybe they're small but they make you feel good.

Simple but with many positive aspects

Contact with the owners was very simple and the instructions were given as well. The neighborhood is quiet but a little sad. The apartment is very close to the station. The main problem we encountered is the parking lot, there is no private parking space. The only places are those along the sidewalks and they are rare. Even if you find one this one is covered by parking restrictions. The historic center is very close. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. Towels are provided. The bedding is comfortable except for the click-click bed.

One thing that had never happened to me, we booked a two-night stay in the Thommen apartments in Chile but when we arrived we found a mouse trap in the bathroom, we closed the door and went out looking for a hotel. The structure had good reviews but I have to say we found nothing positive: - the apartments are in two anonymous three-story buildings without elevator in a rather ugly and poorly attended area of the city; - there is almost no one to turn to in case of need, after paying you is sent a code for automated access to the building and the apartment; - once you entered the apartment n.6 we found a piece of dirt on the back of the door with dirty e-mail addresses, and then it had already been written down in a trap in the country, and then it was written down in the bathroom, and no one had to turn to the room, especially if someone had to look for a little bit of time, and not even a little bit of time, to get a good idea of the house without a mouse trap.

Finding an apartment in Nuremberg was a difficult undertaking....but the result of the search could not have been better. We stayed 5 nights in a 3-zimmer apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen with dining table and bathroom with sink: we had booked a 2-zimmer apartment for 69 euros per night and at the same price we were assigned the largest apartment. The apartment is located in a small building, 10-15 minutes walk from the center and a few steps from the station (but no noise is heard), very convenient if you want to visit by train the other cities of Bavaria, with a supermarket 200 meters away. Recently built, it has a Wi-Fi network (used in the price) and is well equipped with a more efficient reception area: it is in the kitchen code, it's in the bathroom, it's in the car, and if there's no money to pay for it, it's not possible to get back to the bathroom.
