Lovely location next to the Danube and easy walk into the town to see the sights. One point to note, that isn’t mentioned on the website, is that the hotel is located within the low emission zone of Neu-Ulm and as such you need to get a green sticker. I found out by accident when checking out other areas and whilst not sure how they administer any fines, the fines are hefty at 80 Euros so well worth getting as it covers all of Germany for a mere 10 Euros and lasts the lifetime of the car. As for the hotel, the room was lovely, clean and spacious and with free WiFi. We chose to eat in the restaurant and it was a busy and noisy night but good quality, typical Bavarian food and large portions. Local wine was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful buffet style.
