We have stayed at this hotel several times now and have always felt very welcome.
The rooms are lovely - spacious and very clean.
There is a good bus connection into Munich on the doorstep and even a little lake within walking distance.

excellent choice for visiting monaco munich .. a bit out of town (about 10 minutes by car), but very quiet and very clean ... the Owner is very friendly and helpful, the kitchen functional and comfortable ... the space of the apartment is large and the furniture is new, free parking ... would recommend staying here if you have a car ...

Lovely, spacious rooms, very friendly, helpful owners

Rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. They even have kitchenette and everything for a long stay. 
Unfortunately I can't write a completely positive review for those reasons: 
1. There was a mess with our booking, we asked for additional beds in some rooms + one additional room, we put it down written to avoid misunderstandings, however we were not understood correctly and that caused some problems. We had a discount on the final bill.  
2. Breakfast is not the best. 
3. Last morning (sunday) it was difficult to set hot/cold water in the shower. 
4. it is more a "Apartment" than a hotel, outside office hours there is usually no reception. 
However I can really advice the stay in this hotel if you need a spacious and comfortable room. It is outside from the city centre, if you have a car you can go to the subway station Feldmoching (10 minutes from the hotel), leave the car there (parking fee is 1 € per day) and ride the subway for 20 minutes to the city centre.
