Hotel Bayernland

Please note we stayed October 2021 during COVID restrictions. Masks must be worn in social areas and COVID passports had to be shown before entry. It did not spoil our stay. Would love to return and stay here again. If you can look past the tired exterior of the hotel you will be pleasantly surprised. Staff are very friendly and helpful and even if you only know a little German you will get by. The rooms may be slightly small but our double was clean with very comfy beds, double wardrobes, t.v, a desk, chairs, mini fridge and large bathroom. Breakfast is included and the staff speak multiple languages. Continental breakfast has cold meats and cheese, bread rolls, fruit and cereals alongside fresh coffee, tea and fruit juices. There is also a small bar in reception which is a great way to meet your hosts and get to know them. Positives: Close to rail station, trams and local facilities Friendly staff Clean rooms Great breakfast Negatives: Lift only goes to 4th floor ( it’s an old building ) So if you struggle with stairs ask for lower floors. Short version: Clean and friendly, would stay here again 😀
