We chose this place as being halfway to our destination. However it is a lovely place in itself and well worth visiting. highlight is sitting in the "saline house" on a hot day with the saline trickling over the bundles of wood. The hotel Merll rieff is excellent . Friendly and good breakfast.The car park is hidden round the back and the entrance is just after the railway bridge.
