I had to choose this hotel since I had my family on the MediClin hospital for 10 days. This is the hotel we have stayed and I really liked it. I did not have a chance to use its facilities as sauna/thermal water and etc. but my stay was good. I liked the team, they were really really nice to us, understanding and even tried to speak English with their best! Beds can be comfier. The internet is really slow in the whole city actually but you can purchase for 2 euro per hour if you want. It was pretty quiet. Breakfast menu is not really that rich but classic German breakfast and clean! Our room had its own small "kitchenette" thingy with a top oven and a small fridge which was pretty useful since we had to stay for 10 days. One another thing that I want to point out is that I had a flight landing at 9pm to Hamburg and it took me 2 hrs to get to the hotel so I e-mailed them in advance that I would be late (their check-in is until 10pm) and they were understanding and waited for me. That was a huge plus. If I ever have to go to Plau am See again, I will definitely stay here!
