Hotel Gasthof Fuchs

My grandmother's family comes from this town in Bavaria. We have stayed at this pension several times in the past. We get to visit my family about once a decade. My mother knew Anita Fuchs. Staying here is like staying with family. The rooms are clean. We lucked out and got a 2 bedroom suite that was complete with a full kitchen, sitting area and bathroom. It was essentially an apartment-perfect for traveling with our college-bound daughter! We have stayed in other rooms before, and they have always been clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included and is a typical German breakfast with selection of breads, cereal, deli meats and cheeses. There are juices and coffee or tea to drink. Dinner is excellent! It reminds me of homemade German food I grew up eating and now make myself. The owner said they are renovating the pension and adding a spa. I look forward to seeing the new addition during our next stay in the Mauth. I highly recommend Gasthof Pension Fuchs Anita!
