A real highlight of our trip to Germany. Friendly hostess, super nice room, stylishly furnished, very spacious, all clean, good beds. The hotel is in a fantastic location on the island, right by the lake. In the garden there is a sauna for guests, restroom... and whoever wants to go to the lake and swim a round. Unfortunately we were too short to try everything here. We would come back immediately and can only recommend this accommodation further.

Nice little hotel, nice location

The hotel is small but very tastefully furnished. The rooms are clean and have been designed with great attention to detail. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have its own breakfast restaurant. But you can order breakfast at the Greek restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel at an additional cost. The hotel has a sauna bag and private access to water. Unfortunately, at check-in no one asked if we were vaccinated, tested or cured. No one wanted to see a proof. No sign of the need to wear a mask... not the hotel staff or guests. Some of the guests wear the mask, but thank God, they volunteered.

Low-income hotel on the island

Upon arrival at the hotel, payment was immediately demanded for the entire duration of the stay, and at the same time it was announced that the hotel did not offer any restaurant services; breakfast for an additional charge was possible after ordering the day before, and the room cleaning only took place every 2 days. The first impression of this unusual charm was reinforced during our 10-day stay: if the owner was to be seen at all, no friendly greetings came over his rooms or there was any booking with his guests.

Once and never again!

We liked the hotel's facilities and the direct location by the lake very well. There is no air conditioning and if the sun is on the windows all day, everything will be quite warm. We have a small hotel with only a few rooms and plenty of space. However, the hotel is also located directly on the driveway, and so there is no rest in the shower rooms; there is no earring next to the bed; there is no minibar or fridge in the room. Hotel design great  service bad

Okay, we were looking for a nice New Year's Eve hotel between the sea and the mountains, located by the water with a good price/performance ratio. It's hard to find, but in our case it's possible. We found the hotel on one of the well-known platforms. What was a little irritating was that until we got there we thought we had booked breakfast and wellness included, but that was our mistake. There is a great, individual breakfast with high-quality ingredients for a premium price. There is wellness: a) two rooms have a private hot tub and b) for every guest: a sauna with access to the lake (cold in the water) and an excellent water heating area and K. Swimming pool = fitness, but unfortunately, there is an alternative to this hotel. Unfortunately, we have a small and unprepared room in the winter and we recommend that you buy a small and uncomfortable room in the lake.

Weekend in Malchow

The hotel is very beautifully located by the lake. The rooms are beautiful and furnished with attention to detail. Unfortunately, at night and in the morning it was quite noisy and the staff left wanting. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned, so we were forced to speak to someone at the restaurant about fresh towels in the evening. Towels we got including an unnecessary statement. Nice hotel, nice rooms, but unfortunately the friendly treatment with the guests remained on the road.

Hotel nice, service well

We had the seaman's garment room that stretched over two floors. The living room downstairs with couch, armchair, TV and spacious compartments as well as the bathroom. The hotel itself is quite unobtrusive at the entrance to Malchow. The beautiful courtyard and the hotel's own investors including the barrel sauna, armchairs and private restroom are great just in nice weather. The breakfast is worth 10 EUR per person but not cheap for every cent. Even baked buns and enough supplements make it really good. Thank you very much to the operator. It goes on like this.

Excellent and unqualified recommendation

We had a nice DZ delux with a view of the lake and were pleasantly surprised by the size. Everything was very clean and tidy, unfortunately we lacked a small refrigerator and a second smaller cupboard in the room. Unfortunately we also lacked a vision shield from curious looks in the bathroom. All in all, but absolutely okay for a short trip. We were very well done from Steini's travel restaurant in the hotel. The food was excellent, the service of the kitchen and the conditioning are absolutely commendable.

Extension of 3 days

We had a very nice room with a sea view.The high-quality facilities with artistic accents exceeded our expectations.The room was absolutely clean.We felt very comfortable there.The staff were very nice and friendly.The kitchen was a culinary highlight and highly recommended.A highlight were among others the sauna, the wellness oasis with the water beds and the beds right by the lake.Thank you very much for everything.We will definitely be back.R. and M.Franz from Bremen
