I have been in Lubeck for 4 days.The apartments are in a bulding just 2 minutes from Holstentor: you can actually see it from the apartment window. The apartments I stayed was at the 2nd floor: it was fantastic: clean, spacious, bright, overlooking the river. At the ground floor there 's a fashion bar very handy if you want to have a drink during the say or have a quick dinner in the evening. What else can you ask for? Besides it's just in front of a bus stop which takes you directly to Travemunde if you want to see the Northsea. The apartment is just 4 minutes from the main square where you can have your breakfast in the oldest Konditorei (pasticceria) of the city. I highly recommend it.
