I have stayed at Auf der Gsteig hotel many times over the last 5 years. What keeps me coming back again and again is: 1) the entire staff is very friendly and accomodating, 2) the view, the view, the view!...the view of the alps and the village of Lechbruck from the hotel is breathtaking 3) the golf course and golf facilities are wonderful (I am avid golfer) and 4) the restaurant food and service is superb. I have not taken advantage of the wellness spa in my visits and I hope to do so in return visits. It is a very peaceful setting. Had a chance to play a couple of rounds with members of the golf course and they were extermely friendly as well. I will continue to come back in the future to this gem in the foothillls of the Allgau mountains.
